@@phillipallred5172 never happened to me, learn how to take care of your car and that won’t happen. If you replaced it every 60k like the factory recommended you wouldn’t have any problems.
(2016 Patriot) I took this on a road trip and hated it. You have to push the engine so hard to get it to do anything, it loves the dirt and gravel; but it hates steep grades. When I got in it felt like the cabin was overpressurized and it eventually gave me a headache. The radio/audio is nice, but the older escape's have a better sound setup. The windshield wipers are slow and useless in heavier rain, If you use the rear hatch; you will constantly hit your head on the interior trim. the steering is also a little too tight, it gives you this feeling that if you corner too quickly that understeer is biting at your heels. Overall, A Great City Car But If You Want Something Nice, Get Something Else
+xXMovienut44Xx you probably tested the 2.0, the 2.4 with auto-stick has a good pull and at 2,500 revs you con go up to 60mph, because is na you need to hit the 4,400 to feel some torque, this car isnt turbocharged soo dont spect to much
Hey guy... I dare it. I live in new York city dealer 2017 jeep 27,777. But I found in Baltimore Maryland dealer sale 15,784. I bought it. And delivery to. NYC so fuck great it. I love it brand new 2017 jeep patriot sport se..i love it 34 mile I am first owner........
Meh. My 2008 Patriot limited has the same interior features as this. I was hoping for a little bit more. But this car has been nothing but fantastic for me so I cant complain
I agree. I just got a red 2008 Patriot at an auction as a cheap 4x4. I'm really surprised that my vehicle is still in exact same body style as a new one today! It's like the Volkswagen Beetle of Jeeps. A venerable design for sure.
So my jeep patriot has the slap shift in it, but my question is does anyone elses 2016 jeep patriot do any type of jerking when accelerating? Or when you are at a certain speed?
Spark plugs will fix it. These cars have a fail safe as so not score the cylinders so rather than throwing a flashing CEL, the jeeps computer will cut ignition to the bad plugs cylinder to stop scoring from happening.
Is there a way to put the Front Passenger seat down? Or no? Not sure if its not a part of my model or if its not a feature at all for a 2016 Jeep Patriot.
