POV test drive video of the new 2016 Mercedes-Benz E-Class 220d launch edition. The E 220d has 1.950 cc diesel engine with 4 cylinders that delivers 163hp and 400 Nm of torque. It goes from 0-100 km/h in 7,9 sec and has a top speed of 240 km/h. The Mercedes E-Class is rearwheel drive and it has a nine speed 9G-TRONIC automatic gearbox.
Price of the test car as tested: 71.876 euro (in Belgium).
Some of the options: parktronic, panoramic sunroof, head-up display, widescreen cockpit, 360 camera, speed limit assistent, thermatic, LED-intelligent Light System, agility control (=lowered suspension), AMG styling kit, wider side panels for AMG rims, Burmester surround system, tinted windows in the back, interior AMG Line, exterior AMG Line, AMG Rims 20" (there are HUGE and look baller), leather Nappa black (AMG),....

De E220d gaat van 0-100 km/u in 7,9 sec en heeft een topsnelheid van 240 km/u. De Mercedes E-Klasse is met achterwielaandrijving en heeft een automatische transmissie 9G-TRONIC met 9 versnellingen.

Is driving a Mercedes car exactly like yours with the 19 inch alloy wheels comfortable on the road? The reason I'm asking is because I'm afraid that the 19 inch alloy wheels may negatively affect comfort, but does this matter on a Mercedes-Benz car?

Difficult choice. I would go for the e-class i think. I like the design of the e-class better than that of the c coupe.

I have a question. In this e class, the speed pointers (how fast u go & how much the engine is running) differ in 2 (or more) appearances. One is shown in this video, but the second is much different. It shows the engine and speed separately (like in a normal car). Why is this like that? Is this a add-on (u need to pay more when u buy the car) or ?. Thanks in advance!

i'm not sure, because it's been already a long time since i made the video. As far as i remember you can adjust the views of the digital dashboard with the buttons on the steering wheel.

Awesome video Johan. Love your videos. Do you think there is any 2016 new e350 around a new 2016 c300 price range? I want to buy a new c300 but if I can get a e350 it would be cool lol. But if not a c300 is just fine. Also wish they hadn't changed the interior and exterior design at all. Loved the last gen design. As you know, s class owners are very pissed lol

I've got my eyes on a polar white c300 and the price is around 47K. It has all the package I need and the price is good and it's an amazing car.

Hi, 47k sounds like a good deal. I don't think you can get a new c350e in the same price range as a new c300. In my region there is still a price difference of a couple of 1000 euro's even on cars that are in stock

Fantastische review zoals gewoonlijk. Was de optie Auto PIlot niet aanwezig? Ik had graag eens gezien hoe hij zijn voorligger volgt en automatisch inhaalt van zodra je de pinker aanraakt.

Wat vind je van de AMG pack? Rijdt ie sportief de 2 liter met 194 pk?

die ziet er wel heel knap uit met die pack. En zeker die AMG-velgen zijn echt wel cool :) Het was de versie 163pk, niet met 194pk. Mocht wel iets meer zijn qua vermogen.

Seems like a nice car but why is it not selling? Unlike the previous generation E class, it was a huge success. But the new E class is reported of having awful sales and it's true because I rarely see any in the road. I've already seen a few new 5 series but not this. Johan do you have any idea why? How is this car?

i don't know why it would not be selling. It looks very pretty especially with the colour and rims in the videe, it is loaded with technology and you can make it as luxurious as you want. Why wouldn't you want one of these :)
