Fantastic video! Where did you have those jack stands sitting? That didn't look like they were on the frame to me.

bdawg7693 they were placed on the frame rails. If you look in the owners manual there's four of them. Two near the front of the vehicle and two near the rear. An arrow indicates where to place them.

Awesome video! How long did the entire installation take? Car sounds sick! I have a 2015 but still have the factory exhaust on it. I don't drive it often (2,000 miles a year) so I've been slow to get to any upgrades. But thinking of getting an aftermarket exhaust this summer.

Brent Gath Thank you! 2,000 miles a year is a perfect range to keep your resale value. Getting the car safely lifted along with the install and video took nearly 4 hours. Although if I wasn't recording, had all the parts, and a helping hand-the job could probably be completed in under two hours.

All things considering, that's not bad at all! I have limited access to a lift so maybe that will help with the install. I'm fortunate in that I have a second car that I use as a beater/commuter, so the Stang is a weekend warrior in the summer months.

Nice! The Stang being your non-daily helps keep the thrill of driving it more fresh. I'd really like to get a set of mobile lifts, hydraulic driven. I was looking at the QuickJack, but I'm not 100% confident in the stability. Basing this solely on the constriction, what I've seen in videos. Although I've never seen one in action. They look convenient.

What order did you lift the car? Front and then rear? I’m trying to do it myself, but a bit nervous.

Do the pipes fit in the trunk of the Mustang or do I need to get the kit shipped to the installer?

padistedor There’s a possibility they’d fit with the seats down, but to be safe I’d have them shipped to your installer.

The new one sucks ass Rick Sampson They did a great job tuning it for sure. It's not disruptive when in traffic or driving through neighborhoods, but when you want it to roar, it's all beast mode!
