so i have a 2016 model s 90d and i think i got a model that was produced later in the year, I have the door cameras and the side cameras, I also have a sunroof!!! Which is no longer even an option. I love it so far.. It only has 41k miles so im hearing lots of stories of people running these well into the 100k so Im excited to see how well it treats me, so far in a week of ownership, a random song takes over my radio at times, the screen completely turned off on me and I had to do a hard reset, and the car wont recognize when im walking up to it. Which it says it does... but 8 year old car and im almost out of warranty. Better get it looked at before hand!
Here are the differences I see on my 2014 P85DL versus my new 2023 Tesla Plaid. What I like about the new one. Much longer range, quicker, heated steering wheel, nicer interior and cost less. The things I don't like about the 2023 versus the 2014. Loss of free supercharging, auto wipers don't work, smaller space in cubby under trunk and the loss of stocks to control turn signals and other functions.
Should i get a 2016 Model S with 75000 Miles. It was corporate owned for its first 22k miles then from 2019-2024 the miles reached 75k. For roughly $24000 is this a great price/deal?
At that price maybe better off getting a Model 3. Even tho I don't like that little car, too small and the older style looks like a toad. Lol. The new 2024s are nice!!!
