All golf variant 2015 1.2 tsi is Turbocharger? Or is there 1.2 tsi without turbo?

My engine started to misfire when idle after barely 5000km. I always believed that engine misfires are a bad thing. But VW claims it's part of the normal working ! They refuse to do anything about it, even when my car ( 1.4 TSI) is still in warranty. Am I the only one who things this not normal?
