I'm usually not a fan of tribute cover bands since most are cheap imitations, but, this one is totally outstanding and worth every second of listening time.
This will be way more important than hanging around getting nothing done. The amount of euphoria will be way beyond what any high stung alley dwelling person could even dream of attaining in 3 hrs of indulgence. Trust me just go and spend some time together to see if they can make a difference in your life .

Pink floyd.. The only band on the planet that has a copy cat band and it still sounds amazing.. They are total professionals.. The sound, the tuning, the lights, the skill.. Well done guys.. Please keep existing you are our only hope to experience the pink floyd effect
We have a Canadian Pink Floyd Cover Band here in Canada called "Pigs". They are phenomenal, and one of the members plays guitar for some songs before taking up the bass while the bassist takes up a guitar, then he moves from bass or guitar over to the keyboards, then back to guitar during the concert. His name is Jon Baglow, and you can search for him as a one man band playing Boston's Foreplay/Long Time as a 16 or 17 year old here on RU-vid. When one of your members can play all the different instruments in the band at that age, you know you have some seriously skilled people in your band. Jon does not play the drums when playing for Pigs, but he is a talented drum player as well. You will see that when you watch some of his one man band songs. Well worth watching and listening!
The only ones? Humm, ever heard of this other band, Genesis, and THEIR copy cat band: the Musical Box? 😉 Love 'em both. The originals and their copy cats. As I write this, I'm scheduled to see Brit Floyd tomorrow, and Musical Box (the Lamd Lies Down on Broadway show) in early April. Quite the prospect. (prog)rock on!
@@ivanocogo9681 I've seen both Brit and Aussie Floyd and Brit Floyd musically and visually blow Aussie Floyd away by miles and I've seen them both 3/4 times each in my home City Liverpool...Damien Darlington left Aussie Floyd to form Brit Floyd because he thought he could do a better job and boy was he right, since Damien Darlington left Aussie Floyd they are nowhere near sounding like they used to be when he led the band..!! Fact..and I've seen the real Floyd and Roger Waters so I think I have pretty good idea about the standards of both bands

Did they exceed your expectations or not, Damien Darlington the lead singer and guitarist is on another level, pure theatre, I've seen videos of their tour in the US, just wish they would play more of Animals as I personally think it's Floyd's best album, when they were touring over here in the UK I've seen them play Dogs, Pigs and Sheep and was immense also seen Roger play Dogs and Pigs in Birmingham 2018 the US and Them Tour, was sat 30feet away from the middle of Battersea Power Station when it rose up off the ground..!! Never seen anything as amazing as Roger's visuals just pure theatre
Agreed Animals is Floyd's greatest album by far and that's some accolade considering how great DSOTM, WYWH AND THE WALL are..!! Musically Animals is when all 4 band members were at their peak each contributing incredible work..!! GENIUS
Being of an age where I saw Floyd live several times in the 70s and 80s,this is simply superb. Amazing musicianship beautiful engineered and stunningly presented Quite happy to admit to shedding a tear or two watching this, but what an absolutely stunning performance. I have no more words except simply Thank You. ❤
They are still touring, saw them twice in 2023, they were fantastic. Already have my tickets for 2024 "Pulse" tour. Watching these videos gives a great idea of what it's like, but there is nothing like seeing/hearing/feeling them play live ...truly sensory overload, in the best way.

PF also joined them to jam. ~ what a moment that must have been. Syd Barrett (short-lived founder; guitar plus) the originator and quirky eccentric; inevitably the consequential muse. Roger Water (bass) was the cultivator (seed sower), the lyrically conceptual prodigy and co-maestro of songwriting David Gilmour (guitar) was the placidity, guitar virtuoso, the voice and co-maestro; the equilibrium Richard Wright (keyboards) was the essential underlying symmetry; musical nurturer Nick Mason (drums) was the heartbeat, structure and foundation; the sole member involved from the emergence of PF to the last recording. Haha BTW I saw Brit Floyd at Red Rocks Morrison Colorado 2014 fortunate to have seen Pink Floyd 3 times so expectations we'll it was Pink Floyd tunes at Red Rock. Boy Howdy Brit Floyd blew my Expectations up quickly and up until that day Pink Floyd had the best light show I'd ever seen however 30 years of technology with special effects labors and lights !!!! Was fortunate to see them in Dallas ( Irving ), Tx. Best 50$ i spent at concert. The bass player's vocals. I've never heard better.... unless its Roger himself.

Saw them this spring and I'm going again in August for the final US appearance this summer in Wilmington, Nc. Just to add these guys do Floyd so well Roger Waters and David Gilmour could sit next to each other at one of their shows and stand and applaud just like the rest of us. Thanks again for keeping Pink Floyd in our hearts and ringing our ears. Long live The Floyd!
This cover band is just so fantastically good I have to wonder who is covering for them! I've seen their excellent, well-crafted performances, both in person in concert and in their very fine RU-vid videos - especially at Red Rocks! I mean, Brit Floyd is so good they are giving Pink Floyd a "run for the Money". Thanks to you Brit Floyd, live Pink Floyd music will be around for years to come for us Pink Floyd lovers to enjoy.

Just saw them again Live for the 5th time... I can't wait for the 6th... I saw the Space in Time Tour twice and it was my favorite. This Amsterdam show is Superb! I have the DVD and Love it!
I have watched Brit Floyd play 4 times in Burlington Vermont. Every time I am just amazed at how much they sound like Pink Floyd! Absolutely AMAZING band! Covid ruined my chance to see them again last April after I already had tickets! For all of the thumbs down, you have no idea how great they really are! Watch the interview with them and see what they did for David Gilmores 50th birthday party.. Gilmore invited them to play for him and picked the songs he wanted them to play! He obviously thinks/knows how awesome they are!
It really is to hear the original Floyd ... they are a reincarnation in life of the true Floyd ... incredible perfection of the interpretation. Music for eternities
A better rendition of the brilliant music of Pink Floyd can't be done to out do these guys. The embellishments to the original song structures in some of the songs are fantastic showing just how good the players are in this band. It's a tall order to do justice to the music of the mighty Floyd, but these guys embody the spirit of the songs and imbue them with vibrancy, theatrics and spot on performances. As far as PF covers go, it can't get any better than this. Truly impressive!
Jeez, go smoke another bowl. Also, go wash your hands. There are 9 other Floyd cover bands that are just as good as these guys and they ALL have their good and bad nights come showtime. This just happens to be a recording of one of BF's better nights. Saw them about two years ago and it was basically a snore-fest.
@@avolite719 every live act can have a bad day, effed up stage or foh sound. Ask me, i'm a pro musician, only will be booked if some member is dismembered by accident, car crash, whatever and since i play just as well drums, bass, git and started it all with classical piano studies before i switched towards my beloved M100 Hammond Organ, i'm pretty busy. Most time i have to do with raw lead sheets (only chord changes), the rest i have to make up on the fly by watching the guitarists/bassists/keyboardist hands/fingers, depending what kind of role i have to fulfill on stage. Rehearsal? Thats not the way things go. I have had brilliant nights, everything worked like a charm and then there have been others i could have sunk into the ground flat even with surface, not because i effed up, i don't. But because the sound was terrible, the other musicians have had problems with their selfesteem (due to the sudden loss of one of their valued bandmembers). Theres a multitude of reasons things can go terribly wrong live up on any stage. And then man, the temperature up there keeps rising and rising, you feel the audience isn't quite on your side of the thing....doesn't iimprove things any further. From what i've seen so far here, they've had a brilliant night. The sound is worth being remembered, and the music ist timeless anyways. The only guy i know who nailed it each and every time i saw him playing live, be it on a big stage, massive audience up to 5k people or playing in a small venue, even in a Pub was Randy Hanssen. All other coverbands have had better and not so good nights. I hope you did like the show anyways and wish you all the best pal!❤
I saw Pink Floyd in 1988, Richfield Colosseum (Mansfield/Cleveland Ohio)...but the first time I saw Pink Floyd was on the ceiling of a San Francisco planetarium, as a very cool laser light show for Dark Side of the Moon. Yes, they are more than a band, Floyd is bigger than life!

Saw Brit Floyd in their 1st ever concert in my City Liverpool in 2011 and have seen them 4 times there now at the Echo Arena and they get better and better every time, I've seen Aussie Floyd in Liverpool 3/4 times and Brit Floyd musically and visually blow Aussie Floyd away..!! Only band I've seen better was the real Pink Floyd in Earls Court Pulse Tour in 94 and Roger Waters in Birmingham July 2018..ln the Roger Waters concert l was sitting 30feet away from Battersea Power Station when it rose up 200feet in the air from the stage to the back of the Stadium OMG 😲 Id taken an X and sat there tripping and giggling the whole way through, was the most mind blowing thing and concert I've ever had the privilege to witness..Roger Waters is an absolute GENIUS, his concerts are pure theatre no-one even comes close to the music and visuals he puts on every Tour 😇

Cały zespół zasługuje na pochwały. Pierwszy raz Słuchałem PINK FLOYD w lipcu 1978 roku i od wtedy nie mogę się "nasłuchać" ich muzyki. Pozdrawiam Andrzej z Polski centralnej.

saw the original Floyd tours back in late 80s and early 90s .. These guys I gotta say regretfully are sometimes better than the real deal. the detail and quality they put in there shows is almost better on some songs. PS.. I miss Ola beinkowska tho.. lol
"Can we all agree......" these guys are awesome! The hall of fame needs an original song or two of there own before they'll be considered. It ain't easy to get to the hall of fame.
