What did you used after you drilled the rivets for the bottom panels

I used threaded inserts 1/4-20 from Amazon and Stainless Steel Screw and washers. There is another Video on my channel with more detail.

Really detailed video, Thanks. Will start to service my Yamaha Viper 2015 to check all before summer sleep. I bought it with hidden defect, I found some glue on gear box, but in fact was broken tunnel, was scratch in frame, splits in gear box. My mechanic told I need to fix before drive and I did it! So now I need to dismantle to check how my inside flange holding all. Has anyone had a problem breaking the tunnel (frame) where the gearbox mounts? From video my concern is brake disc is so close to brake pad outside support (less 0,5mm), looks like I need ~1mm spacer between frame and tunnel to move it back??!!

I have had the bolts break at 14 footpounds so I just snug the bolts as well

That bottom seal on mine is not wanting to come out. Puller just tore it all up and barely have anything left to grab on to.

might have to use a seal driver. Harbor Freight sells them.

@@nymfan1990 was thinking with the correct driver for you can catch the metal edge. Or try a flat punch and try to get that seal metal edge to come out. Hard to explain or understand without pics. Go to Ty4stroke.com forum register and post pics and questions.

Isn't something wrong with the specs? I heard about stretched bolts and even some snapped ones. I guess something went wrong when translating between Nm and Ft lbs.
