The Loreal Hi-Color dye worked so good!! I have almost black hair, pretty similar to your color, and i bought the magenta and it was bright pink on my non-bleached hair. It's made for brunettes, and I was so surprised it worked.
Thanks for making these temporary hair dye videos! Ignore the haters that say it would show up better if you bleached. I get you girl. I have virgin hair, so I've never had my hair dyed with anything permanent. I DON'T want to bleach my medium/dark brown hair, but i like adding fun colors just for a weekend or fun event! Thanks for testing them all out and giving us your opinion and showing us how it looks on dark hair! I love watching your hair dye stuff and I'm looking forward to you trying new ones. They have semi permanent and temporary ones at Sally's beauty supply ones that you should try. I cant remember the brand, but you should see what they have and see if they work on dark hair.
I just found your hair dye series for black/dark hair these time, and it's sooooo soooo helpful! I've been dreaming about having temporary blue hair for the summer (because it's not allowed at work 😢) and was planning to try some of the products you've used just to see if it'll work on me. I'm scared on damaging my hair because my hair is all natural, never tried bleach or any salon treatment (except for hair spa). Thanks for saving me on spending money on products that won't work. When I was bleaching my hair and dying it I happened on your video and thought “well no shit that doesn’t work, you have to bleach your hair.” Now that I’m trying to stay natural and healthier with my hair I found this video and I can not be happier.!! You really don’t get this until you want healthy but also dyed hair lol thank you for this video so much.!!

I'm probably not the first person to say this but since you have dark hair, you can boil some water and put it in a bowl and add kool aid and mix until the mixture is dissolved and dip your hair in it for about 7ish or more minutes and let it soak in your hair and when the time is up you can rap your hair in like a hair net or some aluminum foil and then a hair net and leave it on over night and in the morning wash your hair out with cold water and it should stay in for 1 or 2 months. I have tried this method more than once using black cherry flavored and was left satisfied

What do you end up doing with those hair dyes after you try them?? I've always wanted to dye my hair with unicorn hair I have bleached hair and get bored super easily but hopefully I'll buy it soon !! You should definitely do some form of give away !!

Hey cutie I love your channel!!! please try Clairol hair dyer, I have dark hair and I tried the purple one which first looked black by about three washes later it was pretty nice. Now I just tried the blue (indigo) one and it's so freaky amazing you should definitely try that one!
I have dark hair and splat turned my hair a pretty Maroon color which im in love with. But if you don't have someone to help you it gets EVERYWHERE. And I would recommend only washing it out in a dark sink or outside. 😛

About a year ago I went blonde and it was the worst thing ever because my hair was so dead. I finally have a new head of hair but now I want to dye it blue without bleaching it because I want it to stay healthy, hopefully something will workout 😭
I knew you were gonna say Splat before you even showed it, lol. This is the first video I've seen of yours, great content! I tried a purple color in Splat before and it stained everything so badly, except for my hair. I would sweat and have purple streaks down my forehead like a week or longer after I dyed it. It's also the only dye that has ever given me a chemical burn. Got some on my neck and it hurt so badly. I've never had that happen before and I've used a LOT of dyes, both permanent and temporary.
man I’ve been dying my dark hair purple for like 4 years and i’ve been digging splat for the past 6ish months. regardless of the brand, i always leave the color on for like 8+ hours with a shower cap on and then rinse with just cold water. it’s definitely relatively messy, but it comes out of furniture stuff easier than punky colour and it lasts Forever in my hair.
Splat is STILL making a mess in my bathroom from days ago. I had bleach in my kit but I decided not to attempt it. My hair is dark and virgin until the Splat. It's a hard lesson learned.
Alicia Prater I feel you. The first time I dyed my hair was with Splat and I did bleach it, my hair turned from silky soft to dried hay and EVERYTHING was stained. I ended up cut the ends off (I did a purple dip dye) and waited about a year before I tried again with Manic Panic Rockabilly Blue which was SOO much better for my dark brown hair, but it faded pretty quickly (I also had to wash my hair the day after I dyed it so that definitely didn’t help)
The Clairol Hair Makeup was a Meh for me.. The sponge broke on mine halfway through the first swipe! 😭 I have Medium Brown hair, and after finding alternative methods of application, it's barely visible. (Brilliant Amethyst)
I have medium redish brown hair like a level 5-or 6 and don't like bleaching my hair thinking of trying Ions Color brights permanent Midnight blue black and the Sapphire to make it a more blue then blue black and maybe using 20 Volume developer the ion senstive scalp developer anyone have any thoughts?
im so sorry you used splat that stuff is total garbage . my ends have been bleached to dark blonde and still the color barely showed up and it stained Everything . it even stained my scalp and i didnt even rub it into my roots or scalp no hair dye is worth the mess splat creates . and i hope you dont bleach your hair its way too gorgeous to ruin like that
I tried that Splat Midnight Indigo too and it was a nightmare. I had a really light brown before and thought it would do something without bleaching as it claims to. It never completely rinsed out for a weeks and it colored everything except my hair. I had already lightened my hair to get a lighter shade and the Splat made my hair a darkest brown that was way darker than what I started with and no blue in it at all. I was so mad and I wasted my money on two boxes and false advertising :(.

I hated splat hair dye it didn’t show up on my dark red hair I used that exact color and it was made for darker hair and it just made it darker red and it washed out in a day it was requested for my color type of hair and it only made it dark color I was so made because I could have gotten a better dye I was pissed because that color and brand was requested for my hair and it lasted one day uh and I want one that will last in the pool but I would probably have to bleach my hair omg finally someone who tells the truth and it did all watch out right away
I would try leaving on longer like way longer as long as there's no developer or harsh chemicals and you should try the Bigen colored dye I seen it at CVS and was curious if it worked for dark hair
Same feeling towards splat I had the purple one and omg it stained everything and maybe only lasted 2 days like looking ok and then it was gone but still staining everything.
I hate the idea of having bleached hair... it happened once, when I wanted my hair red in my younger teenage years... well, let's just say, a white base plus a fading red hue results with... pink.
