You do realize the M2 costs double the price of this?

Nope - doesn’t require manual shifts in sport+ it’s because pushed the gearshifter to the side wich engages the manual mode .....

Honestly I’d get the 2 series, but that’s just me. I think it’s the best value in the BMW line up.

An M2 is $20,000 more than a 230! An M 240, which you don’t mention, is about $8000-$10,000 more than a 230.

You can't compare this car to an m240i or m2. All three cars have different engines. A m240i has a B58 engine and m2 has a N55 engine. Both engines would smoke a 230i.

Same basic chassis love the look and the platform but yeah the other engines would be miles better.
