Thank you Andrew! I unfortunately realized my mistake when I was editing and not while I was filming so I couldn't fix it. I guess it's a lesson for me to pay a little more attention next time haha
Hi everyone! First of all, I'd like to thank you all for reaching over 225 subscribers. That is such a big achievement and I really can't thank you all enough. Also, I want to apologize for taking such a long time to upload this new video. I have been away at college and I'm now home for break and had good enough weather to record. Anyways, enjoy the video and be sure to come back for more videos soon! Have a happy new year! Thank you
Cadallic shave been the stand out cars for decades. You are so right, we can always tell it’s a caddy!!!! It never mocks any other car unlike Lexus, Infinity etc. They favor other cars within their brand of Lexus, Infin etc. Love this ride❤️
These are great reviews ...your style is better then many professional channels and far more detailed. Thank you ... I'm negotiating on a CT6 platinum 4.2 thanks to your other video
ThePaulpope Thank you so much! That really means a lot to me, I really enjoy making these videos and I’m happy to hear that you really like them :) and that’s fantastic!! The CT6 Platinum with the Blackwing engine is my #1 dream car. I’m sure that you’ll love it! And I’d love to hear more about it if you end up buying the car 😄 thanks a million for watching the videos!
ThePaulpope Very nice! I’m confident that it will be a very good car. I’ve talked to several owners of CT6’s and they all seem to love them! Not that it’s saying much but my experiences with them have been very good as well :)
Great review. I've got a first year, 2014, model of this car. Platinum. I'm a car nut. This car is absolutely perfect and the best model they've built for as long as can remember. The design is just incredible, and everything they built since then pales in comparison. It's as if the designers were given total freedom and money to design the per car. 410 hp and 27mpg???? God I love my car.
...hey James....HAPPY NEW YEAR and all the best for you and your Family !!!This XTS is a very beautiful and modern car....I LOVE IT !!! And the Video REV. is brilliant.....great style...thats it;)Best, Roger
Happy new year, Roger! I hope that you and your family will have a happy and healthy year :) Thank you so much for watching the video and for the wonderful comment!
If I got an offer I'd certainly take it haha 😂I really appreciate the support and it makes me incredibly happy to see that you enjoy watching all of the videos 😀😀and I love reading your comments too!
Great video and review! I most likely will be buying a Cadillac this month and this was very informative. I now need to choose from the ATS, CTS, or XTS. Would prefer something not too big, and more in the midsize range. Any suggestions? I just subscribed btw 👍🏾
Thank you very much! Ooh that's very exciting that you'll be getting a new car! For me I would get either the CTS or the XTS. I've found the ATS to be more uncomfortable and a little cheap in some areas because it's an entry level car. The XTS and CTS seemed to me to be nicer cars and they both have enough room to accommodate me. If either car isn't too big for you then the XTS will be more comfortable because of the extra space. However, the CTS is a little bit more sporty and probably more fun to drive because it has an excellent chassis (Both the XTS and CTS have V-Sport trims which I like very much). In those cases it is down to your personal preference. I would get the XTS for the increased comfort, but you can't really go wrong with either car. I hope that was helpful! Let me know what you end up getting, I'd love to hear what it is 😁
It was unfortunate that Cadillac discontinued this car. It was a consistent best seller for them. The last Cadillac that at least tried to channel the big sedans of the past and I found it to be extremely comfortable and a great value. Tons of great used ones out there so pick one up!
If I loved in the US, I'd be a Cadillac fanatic as well. Unfortunately, they're not for sale here so I'm a Jag fanatic. But Cadillac has always been my first choice. Cadillac stopped sales here in 2010 so I'm really bummed because I would have loved to have the new CT4, XTS and XLR.
WOW😮🎉! Sweet ass ride 🎉🎉! Sadly, General Motors decided to give up on these very nice larger luxurious rides. This car still looking good in 2023🎉! 💰💲❤️👏💪🙏
yokohama I’m doing really well and I’m happy to be back! College has kept me busy haha Interesting, what models sell best in Japan? Do you see the next generation Escalade being a success? And yes, I absolutely love the sound of this engine. It sounds premium and sporty!
I certainly will look into doing that, that's a good idea! It is somewhat disheartening how few videos there are online about this car and showing what it can do. It's an impressive car! Thank you for the comment, Bobby
This car is a punching bag amongst auto journalists and I don't quite understand. Perhaps that's Cadillac's fault for using 'Vsport' and putting a "v" badge on the back. All I hear is how slow it is. This is exactly the car it needs to be. With over 400hp it could be a bit quicker, but I wasn't disappointed at all when I drove one. I own a mkz 3.0 and honestly, in most applications, that vehicle doesn't feel any faster than the xts vsport. As an auto journalist, if you are going to praise the Lincoln's power, why are you not praising the XTS vsport, which came out 3 years prior to Lincoln's famous 'sleeper'. Both cars have almost matching performance numbers and only Car and Driver was able to get the mkz 0-60 under 5 seconds. I guess the Lincoln gets a free pass because it advertised the MKZ 3.0 as 'smooth, effortless power'. That's exactly what the caddy does too. Lincoln gets praised for something Cadillac did 3 years prior and was not even praised for at that time. Not trying to bash the MKZ as I own one...just trying to defend the poor xts vsport.
That's a great point you bring up! Many people did complain about this car's "slow" speed. But it is more than fast enough for anything anyone would ever need. It is also a great handling car with plenty of room and good looks. This vehicle is very underrated and certainly deserves more praise. And I'm glad you like your MKZ, those are great looking cars!
XTS V-sport very hard to find in Florida since the market was the snowy north. I tried to find one for years. Far and few between. The few I did test drive were so abused I gave up trying and bought a Maserati. Still have my XTS non-twin turbo. Great car.
En France ont connaît les cadillac en v y en a pas beaucoup mais dans les grandes villes y a des conssecionnaire qui en vendent quelques unes par an les plus courante sont les cts et escalade
I love the power, the luxury, and the thoughtful appointments. one thing I can't get past is the exterior styling. This car is definitely handsomer as a Chevrolet Impala. The XTS rear-drive stablemates have much better proportions IMHO.
