This entire video was simply word porn of all the reasons i got my 2019 and yes this is the most masculine road vehicle besides pickup trucks that a man should definitely consider having. He told the truth with this video 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
It's an upscale version of the same vehicle with minor front and rear lighting/grill etc design differences. I think enjoying more upscale trim (DENALI) is natural, lol, depends on what you can afford.
If you read the following excerpt from an article posted on the internet, you will clearly understand why Tahoe's in general are truck's. This was copied from the article which talks about the current generation of Tahoe engines, but seems similar in intent of the Vortec engines. The EcoTec3 engine family features three state-of-the-art technologies to make the most of power, torque and efficiency across a broad range of operating conditions: Direct injection Cylinder deactivation Continuously variable valve timing “We believe these are the most technologically advanced engines ever offered in light-duty pickups, and they are 100 percent truck - specifically designed for the way customers use trucks in the real world,” said Jordan Lee, Small Block chief engineer and program manager. “They have all the power and torque needed to confidently handle the tough jobs, and they seamlessly switch to four-cylinder mode to increase efficiency during light-load driving. “This is technology no other truck maker can match, and we offer it in every one of our EcoTec3 engines, for every one of our customers,” said Lee. “It is not an extra cost feature. You get our best and most sophisticated technology regardless of trim level.” Notice how the word "truck" describes the same engine used in the Tahoes, Suburbans, Denali's, Silverado's, and Sierra's. Anyone who refuses to acknowledge the Tahoe as a truck are in denial.
Chevy better step this aging SUV up real soon. Ford has been kicking their butts for years. If you told me it was a 2007 I would have believed you. Great review bro.
@@rfs3935 I find that very difficult to believe. Chevy has always ruled this market. I like the older models though anyway. Newer ones look like a hearse.
Tahoe is rated very poor for reliability by CR, TrueDelta, and other sources. Maybe it's little things. But they're pretty consistent when you look. 'My '01 Tahoe had problems from the start.
Makin some love with that tail pipe isn't even a crime I believe. Being an inanimate object atleast you don't have to bring her out to dinner before layin her down in the garage, plus she's fully waxed! I do believe you may have to be very careful of her backfiring while in mid rumpin
Jake Anderson sooo trueee cuz i have seen annoying soccer mom driving those and i see there kids scratch the interior too. Used to be ballers suvs back in the day :'(
I would still drive one just ain't calling it a truck, I like size, and you've got plenty of room... problem is I do a lot of driving, and need to be able to tow sometimes... so if they put it on 3/4 truck chassis with duramax, Allison trans and 8 lug axles.. it would be worth it.
Driving this lights and sirens code 4 to hot calls, and also navigating through roadless areas, I beg to differ. It's a truck. Rides like a truck, performs like one, has the power of one.
Not compared to European SUVs. Looks like the previous Chevy Tahoe. Google Volvo XC90 or XC60 or BMW X5 and compare those to the so calld "modern" Tahoe. The old I mene new Chevy Tahoe as safe as a Ford pinto with the looks of a Lada Niva and the preformens of a ham sandwitch!
