😍love this jazz band , every one of these young musicians is worthy of respect. This jazz band should be playing world wide at all the great venues. And the Master Joan Chamorro is teaching with such superb skill and passion that all his students have an amazing grasp of jazz and how to interpret the essence of this great art form they are all incredible. That sax chorus version of the Getz solo is so fabulous I cant explain. Really makes me wish that I was a trained musician so that I could understand why. Oh well, guess I’ll just have to play it a few thousand more times!

How can you not be drawn into Elia's sensitive and alluring warm voice, the tender melodic sound from her tenor, her natural beauty and precious smile. Did I forget to mention that she is a violin virtuoso?
A few years ago there was a movie about a jazz teacher that made a big splash, "Whiplash." The teacher in that movie was basically an abuser who bullied and shamed his students into improving as musicians, and the movie was very popular in the United States. Joan Chamorro has to be the antithesis of that blood and guts take on teaching--and just listen to the results he's getting. Absolutely remarkable.
Great performance! Elia, I love your voice and singing, you're so talented. Evokes memories of the '60' , Stan Getz, Joao Gilberto, Tom Jobim, Astrud Gilberto and so many others. A great period of time for jazz, as Bossa gave the jazz community something new to work on. Again, Joan Chamorro has the right chemistry with his students and I love watching him gloat with their success....which is, in great part, thanks to his guiding encouragement and tutelage. This world has a desperate shortage of leaders like yourself. I watch a couple of your videos every day giving me the lift that I need to carry on in this stupid world with masks to keep us quiet, while inside we are burning with the desire to succeed.
