For the power rearview mirror controls at 2:15, when backing up, my 2016 Pilot will tilt the left mirror downward if the button is to the left in order to get a curb view. To disable that function center the button and the mirror does not tilt down. Sliding it to the right tilts the passenger side mirror when backing. Great video. After 2 years of ownership I'm still picking up tips.
Christina..how smooth is the ride over bumps? I'm thinking of buying one online so I can't test drive it and really need a vehicle with a soft ride due to having bad roads in my area.

Heads up folks. I had problems with CARPLAY not sensing my IPHONE when plugged in via USB. After hours of playing with settings I found I was getting the "NO DEVICE" message because....................... I had my IPOD plugged into the USB in the arm rest!!!!!!!!!!! Once I unplugged my IPOD from the armrest USB it recognized my IPHONE for CARPLAY. Very frustrating to say the least. So try CARPLAY with no other devices plugged into any of the USB ports! I could not find this posted anywhere - found it by LUCK!!!!!!!! Hope this helps somebody!!!!!!!!
Is there a way to disable the front sensors? I’ve had an issue explore while driving in sleet it got in front sensors and it wouldn’t stop binging until I disabled them. Thank you in advance.
I have a 2017 Honda Pilot. The sensing is good and not very good and certainly not great. Usually when I’m approaching my garage outside, the sensing alert does not alert. Inside the garage it works as I approach the back. Also the sensing has never worked as I unsafely approach the car In front on a red light. I traded in my 2018 Subaru Forester for this 2017 pilot. The forester sensing was much better. Honda Pilot is in the right direction but the Honda sensing is largely over rated.. I do like my Pilot touring spaciousness.
Is there a way to see the music I’m playing or apple CarPlay on the instrument cluster? I can’t figure it out. It pops up briefly when I change the song but it goes away. Please help
I must say the Honda app is a POS idk what Honda is thinking with that, they should look at how BMW works their app and mimic it. It has hundreds of terrible reviews for a reason. But i love Honda vehicles 🤗

It is a pretty basic app. Moving forward (already in a some new models) you will have more features in that app. it will allow you to start your car from your phone, mark where you parked, Send the coordinates of your car to others, etc. It has potential, but I agree is not what it could be...
