I don't remember these 1/8th rc's being THIS fast back in the 90s. Has the tech improved that much since then? Yeah, I've been out of the loop for almost 20 years, lol.

Been watching alot of these videos and would like to give some advice. Turn down commentator volume, turn up track volume. Us nitro heads need to hear those awesome engines better!

What are the proper categories on the chart, where it says "ESC" and "Battery"?

These are the equivalent of F1 but in 1/8th scale.

these engines turn about as many revolutions in an hour as a semi truck turns in a year driving 40 hours a week.

Poor matsukura. Looked like his steering servo went out. Not much you can do about that :(

0:52:10 Disgraceful marshalling. That car clearly developed a serious problem. Initial observations were either front one-way bearing related or driver error. Second time out it was clearly electrical. It should not have been returned to the track. Further, the driver would have been aware he had an electrical problem and should have acted immediately, returning his car to the marshal instead of attempting to continue running. That's what I would have done and signaled that marshal to kill the engine. Could have taken out another car..

And People say nitro is slow.........🤔
