That's the cleanest DIY install I've ever seen. You should make kits and resale them. Awesome job sir and keep up the good work. Thumbs up on your video.
Not without loosening the clamps which is a pain. They are held in place by the tight fit of the hole through the box lid and then the rubber coupler that connects the snorkel riser and the hose.
Are there supposed to be 2 snorkel pipes that run from the airbox?? I've never run a snorkel setup before but I'm curious about the 4th snorkel tube and if it's necessary? I just bought a 2017 as well and was wondering how it's holding up for you. Any problems so far?
Most kits do have two but I only ran one. Absolutely ZERO issues in 2 years. Watch my latest video. My son is two bikes ahead of me in the video and he went through the swamp without any problems. We do that on a regular basis and his snorkels have never failed.
Hey man, just seeing this video now i have an identical sportsman and i was wondering what size outlaws are those and do you have any sort of lift on it.
I would definitely use PVC rather than abs pipe. Abs is much more prone to deforming from heat, even just the sun on it. But it's still not likely to happen with such short pipes
Jayce Vessier I couldn't because I used 1.5" pipe for the snorkel risers. Wanted to use the HL tops I was given. If I had of used 2" risers I would have.
@@scottkendall8332 Thank you. It came out really great looking. I have the going deep kit to put on but I'm planning on changing the tips. I like the downward curve you did. How is it with just one tube for intake?
