This is a sport? Wow. Can they just hold the frisbee indefinitely? I don’t understand. And why have a boundary for out of bounds if it doesn’t matter? Not sure why watching football and basketball caused me to see this recommendation but hey, it’s better than soccer haha

They have 10 seconds to throw the disc, counted by the player marking them. Out of bounds does matter, but your first point of contact after catching the disc must be inbounds. If you catch the disc and then run out, you just go back to the point where you crossed the boundary line.
