In that class, $66,000 may seem a lot for just a 4 banger, but getting the V6 in the new 5 series, E-Class, A6, your pushing 70 grand or 80 grand with the BMW. The CTS and GS are much cheaper with a V6 engine.
I watched a number of reviews on this car so far as I am interested in buying one. However, all of them thought of it as not sporty at all and very comfortable ride quality in terms of suspension. This review confuses me, which should I choose, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, or Volvo if I am interested in a more comfortable vehicle rather than sporty? This review is the only one that differs from the rest. I suppose test driving myself will be the only way to know.
You are wrong... Volvo has the best looking interior... audi merc and bmw has too much going on in the interior... too much "jewerly"... instead of one outstanding piece...
They do a 4 cylinder to comply with emissions in Europe. You don't need a 4 or 5 litre v6 or v8 to get performance. The 2.0 tsi 4 cylinder in a Skoda Superb can be tuned to 560 horsepower giving 0-100kph on 3.6 seconds. But standard in awd mode puts out 280......these luxury sedans are to do with comfort and build quality. When electric finally takes over there will be no engine sound. V6 and V8 engines will be obsolete in 5 years.
The host talks off the top of his head. BMW, Mercedes, Lexus are the top sales leaders often why they get the billing. Cant mention everyone all the time. We have test Audi's in the last year, they do get some of our attention ;)
