I think the most triggering part of this entire video was the damn airplane right in the middle of the cadence.. Took me right back to San Diego for a second.

Great cadence called I have met sharif McCants I think that is his name great man in Walmart when him and his family was passing threw great man I wanted to join the marine corps when I was 18 but couldn't bad knees and bad ankles I had a few drill sergents I knew teach me cadences marching and running cadences I used to call them during practices for track sometimes basketball practice incase some of the other kids got pissy with my favorite coach

If you think your cadence is as good or better than Msgt McCants, then record it yourself and listen back to your own voice. I have fun calling cadence driving in my car to beat the boredom or to keep me awake. Shafi McCants also sings and performs at events as I seen some of his videos. So try to compete with a guy that can really actually sing. Good luck.

Nationwide is on your side. What ever happened to the ol cadence, back then they sang where you could understand the words and made it fun to march or pt, this I would be stripping shoes of the heels of the person in front of me!
