2018 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Widebody Manual Review - The Best Muscle Car 

Yup, I love my manual axe murderer hellcat. I am actually going even more mental and adding more Horsepower 😎

I like the fact that u guys love the hellcat a lot of people like to bash the car for not being a supercar but its a muscle and a very good muscle car. I also think the zl1 any year is better because they actually have grip and not as big so u have confidence while driving . try and review both zl1 5th and 6th gen u will love them

Yeah but I'd prefer a more serious sports car like a mustang gt350 or Camaro ZL1

Best Muscle Car Ever. Yeah Probably. It is utterly impractical but very large and spacey inside, a boat compared to the the Comaros, Vettes mustangs. Those are at best pny cars, with very high performance sports car no2, gt350, Camaro’s much better to drive especially ZL1. Just different types of car. Widebody is necessary for hellcat. i’d take Zl1 Camaro personally if handling and Power are premiuum, because basic blower swap will get it into 800 crank horsepower range... manual of course. Gt350, Hellcat widebody and 6th gen camaro are are all just different in Unique ways. Other than gas mileage which none do well in, Hellcat widbkdy with probably much more grippy tires for a cruising, fun road trip car with lots of space. Heavy but muscle cars were always heavy.... it’s badass. So is A Zl1 1le and fir price now gt350 With thet engine and supercharger or tein turbo if you NEEED the power is about same price range with prices falling. Just different cars. As far as muscle car by definition. Well duh hellcat is kinda the only one by size properly defined that exists. The rests are pony cars, ir vette sports car with extreme muscle. Just all different and unique. If I could pick two or 3 or all they just are all very special and unique. But as far as muscle car Well yeah the hellcat is really the only proper muscle car... I like turninf, so not my first choice, but for cool factor and badassness wouldn’t turn one down if someone gave it to me and I’d have no regrets.

@ckatlinga I am the UK resident (but I am a Pole, thus my English is far from being perfect), we have a lot of pickups in the countryside. However, they are rather small ones (from NA perspective) like L200, Navara etc. But for sure, they are farm 'tools', not 'daily drivers'. you don't want to drive your RAM on small, XVIII century village streets.

Most American performance cars can be and are regularly imported to Europe, hellcats included. It's mostly a matter of making sure the lights are up to spec (amber turn signals, etc) and going through the local registration process. Regular Challengers are everywhere, this is just an engine upgrade as far as the law is concerned.

Yeah, Octane Red is whole reason I want a Challenger.

The amount of lifted trucks near me with with high intensity blue LED headlights that aren't adjusted downward blasting me in the eyes has made me loathe them.

Is it just me or would two Amber halos be better? The white halos on the actual headlights are so dull they are barely noticeable...

The amber lights make it look like you're staring into the eyes of the devil...

It's because having cup holders in a Grand Tourer like this. 2. It keeps the center console / interior Looking Clean. 3. Handbrakes are for Econo-boxes / Cheap cars , or Wanna-Be Drifters that Don't have Enough Power to TRULY Drift ... Which is done with the Throttle.

Swole Gamers Mustang is no longer Muscle car. Mustang & Camaro turned into Sports Car so basically the Challenger is the only Muscle car left.

Aaron Layes you can’t float gears in any trans with syncros (all car transmissions) heavy truck transmissions are straight cut or face plated and have no syncros.

Abass Ali the automatic transmission it has is one of the best affordable transmissions in the world. Plus it can hold lots of hp. Wouldn't recommend the manual to anyone if tuning is your thing. Nostalgia wise, the manual that it has is great.

The bogan factor on the Challenger is much higher though, I think it actually exceeds HSV levels of boganitude, while also having the advantage of still being produced.
