2018 Fat Bob Cruise, Phone Mount, Tank Pads, Shift Peg, and Signal Button Extensions install 

I saw this and went and got some extension caps for my 13 Bob. Man what a difference, thanks for the heads up. These should be stock. The little ones are why every non-Harley rider can't stand HD turn signal switches.

When you pull out a control pack wire out through the bars, attach a follower (string-twine-wire) to your end so you can use that follower to pull back your new connector end.

Great video, thanks. I use the TackForm holder which is spring loaded. I've used it for a few thousand miles and up to speeds of 110. Phone didn't budge. I like the holder because you can position it anywhere on the bar. $60 on Amazon.

I love you videos, I will probably not dare to do what you do yet, but I and I am sure many more definitely enjoy watching how is it all done, I got some idea from this video and probably contact my dealer and have them install a cruise control on my fat boy, I hope they will be responsible with the labor, now that I know what it take.

The misalignment of the corrugation could have to do with the left or right switches this way you can't mix them up

The 1 and 2 are what cavity they are from the injection mold that they were made from. i work in plastics and the numbers are for tracking good from bad parts. If they found out after testing that cav 2 parts were bad cracking whatever they can sort them out.

I replaced signal buttons and discovered inside the buttons there are two small tabs of different sizes that match the original ones.

Nice mods. Are you planning to do anything with the rear brake lever? Not sure why the stocker is so horizontal. I much prefer the more vertical type on the other softails and the larger foot pads.

Do you think it’s possible to cut those bars down a bit shorter? They felt very wide when I rode one

I did my cruise control today. Super easy. Funny how Harley charges around 400$ in labor. I have the vibe black paint as well. How are you doing with small scratches? My scratches like crazy. Thanks for the video. Ride safe

Were the dealership ok with just programming the cruise control, I’d like that on my 2018 Fatboy, but think my dealership might be awkward about flashing it to the ecu????
