In this video we diagnosed and possibly repaired an issue with intermittent misfires on a single cylinder number 4 on a 2018 Honda CR-V. The vehicle came in with two trouble codes: P0172 "Fuel System Too Rich" and P0304 "No4 Cylinder Misfire". Customer complained of intermittently illuminating error lights on the dashboard. After all the procedures shown in the video the vehicle ran much better. We will possibly do a few more injector flushes down the road. The conclusion will be confirmed in comments later on as the vehicles drives. Enjoy the video, we hope it helps those who are looking for help!

What about on 94 octane fuel? perhaps this is a bad tank of low octane gas?

Would for sure try a full tank of the petro canada 94, the ethanol will help dissolve any deposits it is actually a benefit here probably. The tank could be old ethanolized 87 that was left to go bad, combined with the other issues you fixed.

@@MT-rn2gn Before doing anything with the vehicle we told the customer to go through a couple of tanks of at least 91 octane fuel. Only then he brought it to diagnose this issue. By the looks of it the condition improved but the problem did not go away completely. We would recommend running some injector cleaners with the gas while he is driving to completely clean out the gunk from the fuel system and combustion chambers.
