We own a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate Limited AWD. It is a SUPERB vehicle!!! Do yourself a favor and go test drive one. We live in the Pacific Northwest, with lots of rain and snow in the winter, and this vehicle does great in all aspects. We love the heated and cooled seats and the GIANT sun/moon roof!!!
I have one. Had this for 1 year and a half now, not one problem. I’ve got it when it was 21,000 miles. I have the se ultimate one. It has a little road noise but it doesn’t bother me.

Wish car makers would make a 4 seat version of their three row vehicles. Moving the rear captains chairs back 12 inches with sliding doors to make it easier to get in and out. leave out the third row and make it comfortable for four 6'4" 300 pound men to ride in it.

I'm happy if this is available at the airport car rental lot when I'm on vacation. Otherwise, I would never consider this as a personal daily driver over its class competitors. It's not a bad SUV, it's just not a great SUV.
Crossovers have taken over where midsize sedans left off, being the mainstream vehicles that most families purchase. Because sales are so good, so is competition which is great for consumers. All of these vehicles are really good, offering plenty of features and quality for the money and giving us choices. It truly makes it tough for the manufacturers, though, and you'll notice that brands now tend to have their seasons in the spotlight, unless they miss the mark entirely. Stay tuned, J High.
