Full disclosure the MT10 is the first 'litre bike' I've had the option of riding and I'm glad to report that it was an absolute blast.
For the most part I wanted to answer two questions. First, am I experienced enough yet to feel comfortable on a 'big' bike? And second, does the MT10 live up to the hype? Yes and oh my god yes.
The MT10 may be an exceptionally powerful bike, but I wouldn't call it intimidating. It is seriously light for a bike of it's performance, is as agile as any middle weight naked and for a bike that power wheelies as effortlessly as it does, the rider modes manage to tame all those raucous ponies from bolting the stable too soon. Treat the bike well and it will reward you with one of the most versatile riding experiences £14000 can buy you.
Give it a go, you wont regret it.
