Thank you for this review. This is the reason why I am buying a platinum tundra, all of the reasons that you stated, namely reliability. I dont want all of the extra electronics. I dont want my vehicle to go to 1 cylinder or the engine shutting down at a stop light.
I agree with everything you said. I love my Tundra Platinum. Is it the fanciest? No. Is it the most luxurious? No. Is it the cheapest on gas? Hell no. Is it the best truck on the road? You bet it is. Don’t forget the 4.10 rear end. Everybody always forgets about that.
I like this vato, hes solid. Your buying this vechile because you dont care about fuel, you want it you need it! That's exactly what I am going to buy mine for haha. I hear the gas mileage isnt to good but I dont care I am willing to pay for that. 👍🏽
Thanks for the comment. I will be sure to make sure to include more about the interior in other reviews. I liked the Tundra interior but it felt to me as though it was designed to be hosed out. Which, in a work truck, is a good thing. I'm sure the interior level of luxury is entirely dependent on the trim level as well. So, YMMV. Anyway, the Tundra was nice but, to my eyes, not plush or luxurious which, again, I think is appropriate. It seemed very durable.
I just got a Tundra platinum Edition. love it. i have owned all brands of trucks and i also have a dodge ram my wife drives right now. This is my favorite truck ever
Johnathon Wheeler ,, politically correct police 👮 here..... if it was purchased AFTER 2013,,, it is a RAM. Because RAM is it’s Own BRAND now! NOT Dodge Ram
@@david.westergard9959 my Dodge Ram is a 2015 and I much prefer the tundra personally. I prefer the tundra the way it feels, the way it drives and I think it's probably more reliable in the long run.
