@@desrt5608 theyre not. I personally lookedunder the hood myself and saw that there was a tube for the driver side scoop and headlight but thepassenger side hood scoop had no tube for the scoop. Its a dummy scoopwhich will ironically cause more drag to form, as well as the passenger side headlight air intake. Its capped off. Its even confirmed by dodge's rep. Check it out yourself

Mr. dark man do better research, I’m a dodge technician and I own a hellcat,both hood scoops connects into one leading to the air intake and the passenger side light opening is for engine bay cooling not forced air 🤷🏽‍♂️

@@hermessrt2414Trust me, when you have a slower car that doesn't handle as well as the competition and you have to work your ass off to hang with them on the track, you're going to be exhausted from trying to put up a decent fight. Cars that are harder to control require more physical effort from the driver to remain competitive in a field full of better, faster cars. Drivers with lower levels of skill also exert more energy behind the wheel for multiple reasons. Ever raced before?

The ZL1 Only has a different hood vs. a base/SS camaro. A Wide body Challenger is easy to notice compared to a base or srt392 challenger and the hellcat/redeye/demon also have different hoods, Like the levels of camaros.

I recent bought a ZL1 1LE which inspired my dad to get the Hellcat. We have had so much fun cruising together. Nothing but respect for each other’s cars. At the end of the day we both eat up everything we meet on the road. Great review and and great energy! Should retry the hot lap with the A10 on the camaro if you get a chance. Fly me out there and hook me up with some tires and you can use my 2019.

Great cars. My favourite thing in this video is a subtle thing that has nothing to do with the cars. I love the hot lap through the window outside looking in camera view. You can see how the cars behaving and the struggle at the wheel to keep it on the track. No one does that.

I went for a ride in the standard Hellcat and it rearranged my kind on what I thought fast was, feeling it fish tailing for traction and then blow you away when it hooks up and accelerates harder than anything you've ever felt. That red-eye would be terrifying.

Love it! I remember the days when 450 HP was a lot of horsepower from the factory. Nice to see Detroit develop the technology to give us the best of both worlds. I expected the Hellcat to be faster at the drag strip and the Camaro to be faster at the track. For me, if I'm buying a new car, it'll be the ZL1/1LE Camaro. It wouldn't take much more than a good tune to make the Camaro faster than the Hellcat at the drag strip while it will take a fair amount of work for the Hellcat to run with the Camaro at the track. If you're feeling generous though, I'd take either car for Christmas. LOL

Haven’t seen a stock ZL1 beat a stock Hellcat in a drag race yet so I doubt it would have made a difference in the outcome. Probably would have been a closer race though 🤷‍♂️

Velocity HAWK nah the zl1 would beat it I guarantee it he camero gets power down sm better and if it had the auto that 10 speed would be cranking through gears with no effort dodges autos are unfair vs a manual
