Does it plug or slide into something having a problem getting it to seat and align up or is it just free and get the bolt in?

Intermittent starting issues. Rough idle. Once I replaced haven't had an issue since.

Do not try this yourself!Got it out no problem me and son who is mechanical almost got it crossthreaded mobile mechanic had to clean threads also drop exhaust.....We tried for 7 hours
