I have watched quite a few of these videos from Long McArthur. Always very informative. There is one complaint I have. These trucks are laden with options and packages. First, we go through standard features and safety which is great. But included are the packages, and after the halfway point I start losing track of everything. But, these are still the best walkarounds on utube. Another thing I wished they would do, is to clarify what issues these trucks had in the past and if Ford addressed those issues. One issue was the oil pans. One issue was the sunroofs coming off their tracks. There was also one report of the turbo timing gear causing issues. My assumption is all of this was addressed by Ford for 2019 or earlier.

I just took delivery of my Limited, I have had a King Ranch, a Platinum, but, my limited is the finest vehicle I have ever owned. The guy in this video is great, he did a very good presentation.

As the owner of a 2017 lariat I wonder... it appears the seat bottoms still stretch out of shape as seen on this video and the truck is brand new. The seats never cooled worth crap, do they now? They used to get hotter in the cooler setting. Door opener with a 5ft range? Sunroof rattles? I do like my truck and feel it was the best one at the time, but the other 2 are catching up. Would kill for the ho version of my 3.5.

Also - is there an air ride option? And questions/concern - We have heard a fairly loud noise (hubby says it sounds like a compressor) multiple times while delivering meals on wheels???

You forgot to mention the Limited come standard with wheel liners. You can add a safe to the center console. The headliner is micro suede.

I'm curious if this truck's frame is as strong as the Raptor's frame. My understanding, the two frames are different. My understanding they added strength to the frame on the Raptor. This means off road, towing and hauling all work assisted by the frame of the truck. I am a Raptor buyer because the frame has been reinforced. Speed isn't what I am in the market for as much as I am interested in the truck handling real work for a long time without flexure slowly twisting the truck around a bit. But then, that's just my opinion of course.

Seriously. Ford put the 3.5 hi output engine in the Limited but couldn't be bothered to create a new speedometer font that reads up to 140mph. My 2018 Raptor reads up to140mph. If I was wanting a new limited I would expect to see a speedometer that matches if not exceeds the Raptor given its a lighter truck with road going tires. That's a pretty bad oversight in my opinion.

Never understood low profile tires on a truck....I guess the gangsta mentality nowadays. Can't believe Ford doesn't offer standard blown-in bedliner. Remember when trucks didn't come with rear bumpers? You had to upgrade to get a rear bumper.

All of these driver assist and safety features will end in driverless cars. I will hate that. I don't want to ride, I want to drive. That is why I enjoy motorcycles. Every time a car does something a human should be doing it reduced the competency of the human. It won't be long before most people will no longer have the skill to drive..

Dodge truck is so much nicer, no one buys a truck this nice to actually do work. If you want a work truck, its better save some money and buy a used tundra

price is not worth its value...this goes for most trucks these days interior still is of lesser value too compared to quality interiors (the resolution on that infotainment monitor is laughable) i personally dont mind paying 100k+ for porsches, benzes, etc but not for any ford truck at its current state imo that limited badging on the hood is very tacky; so is that super ugly chrome plate on the tailgate lol also that ugly frame dip in the driver and passenger side windows...like wtf... they say they did that so driver can have a clear view to the side rear view mirrors...they boast that this feature is "smart" engineering... now think about that... do ALL the other vehicles out there NOT have a clear view to the side rear view mirrors?? i think that privacy glass does not block uv or IR...if so, doesnt keep things cool as this guy claims. the safety features dont justify the high price tag either so where is the value that's driving that msrp???? perhaps it is manufacturing inefficiencies driving up prices? or perhaps straight up price inflation by padding this and that here and there to take advantage of truck buyers? dont be a sucker people... at least demand commensurate value for the price u pay
