Thanks for sharing! I grew up in Detroit and attended drag racing events regularly...since then live overseas...and no drag racing in this country here!?!...so this video is awesome!!
you should’ve put other classes in like jrs and super pro and no e and sportsman we deserve recognition too i won in jrs and all u showed was the funny cars they didnt last until 2 in the morning we did hard work and never get recognized because at special events like this all people like to see and appreciate is the fun special cars not the people that are always there
Shout out for the back up girls,, since the days of Jungle Pam they've played a most important part of the sport and don't get the recognition they deserve. Cudos to them and Thank them for sticking to the look of those days gone by.
These cars remind me of going to the track with my father when I was a kid I love it . I'd like to see them do the 1/4 though , that's drag racing . Remember in 71...it was what 1/4 mile .
I 2nd that. Though, in the late 70s when my dad took me. If it is an 1/8th mile. That ain't true drag racing. That's why I like Firebird here in Idaho....1/4 mile track.
@@davebeals1718 Thanks Dave . I love the idea behind Funny Car Chaos , I've watched a couple videos and the ET's and top speed are no doubt 1/8 mile . I'll support it as a fan but would still like to see them run 1320 just like the good old days .
