This popped up in my feed. I decided to click on it. Glad I did. A very good and honest review. I have a 2010 Saturn Sky Redline roadster. Factory ordered and the last Tan on White to come off the factory floor. I ordered it with the TUK1 (Turbo Upgrade Kit) upgrade and I have enjoyed it for years but, it's getting old. So, the wife and I have been looking for a replacement. After some research and debate, we decided that the new Z4 with the M Package and Executive Package is the way to go. We have read several reviews that the suspension can be a bit harsh with the 19" wheels and have decided that we will go with the 18" M wheels which help to soften the ride over RR Tracks and potholes but do not significantly detract from the handing unless you track the car, which we will never do.
Excellent video Sir! The video and sound quality are superb, along with to your sleek filming and editing. I also own this non-M Sport version. To me our cars have a classic, elegant look without the added on bumps and protrusions. I opted for the Convenience Package, along with heated seats and steering wheel, with remote start. Only difference is that my Z4 has black Vernasca leather (can you please post a link to your floor mats - they look amazing?) It’s nice to see such a smooth production without obnoxious music and gimmicks. You’ve got another Thumbs Up and a new subscriber. Job well done!
Fun video! Ordered an S-Drive 3.0i with the M Sports Package. Can't wait to get it delivered. Thanks for the video. scratches my itch to see my future ride in action.
Excellent video. I watched it a few times prior to my purchase then while I waited for delivery. Can you please let me know where the floor mats are from?
Thinking about getting one of these to replace my current Bmw convertible....to me the front end is the worst angle as it looks too much like a Fiat 124. The excellent looking side and rear make up for the front a little...
Another super video - thanks.... How many tickets have you had for those in town speed shots 🤣 I would love if you could fine some decent scenic, rolling roads with great corners to test out the cars - your videos merit this... For me I like the looks even if it is much more different... I don't like the shiny piano gloss trim and the speedometer/rev counter is really not great... My main big, big problem - says 3.0i.but it's a 2.0 litre 4 cylinder... That is so sad, so disappointing......
On the other note, I have some videos filmed on the Angeles Crest Hwy, where I believe is one of the heavenly places for anyone to test out any car, or to simply drive. I like the new Z4’s rear. Yea it is a 2.0 inline-4, but I can see it being sufficient for many, after all, the m40i isn’t suitable for everyone. Granted, the inline-4 is quite good
Amazing... turn it to 11 review. it is not the last roadster. It is the roadster. The only ONLy upsercar is the curren tone. Eveything else is saldly and happily a "'left ove." Push it. Push it.Get it. Get the the best. BMW is the best. (Just go with it.)
The best idea when presenting a body design is to not constantly fiddle around in front of it as an author, so that a holistic impression of the design is prevented as much as possible for the viewer.
Not even close to a cheap spyder! No one does roadsters like BMW! Jaguar is trying hard but inside is crap. The new corvettes are the way to go for a V8.
Save yourself a lot of money for 50% depreciation and buy a used F-Type V6S or even R with proper V8 instead of this glorified Fiat 124 Spider with 4 cylinders which sounds like a Mini Cooper.
@japanwatchconnection I've driven all. Z4M40i, 718 Cayman, 718 Boxster S, F-Type V6S, TTRS and almost every other new BMW on sale currently including M760Li, too many F8x M3/4, F90 M5, X3M, X3 M40i etc. Used to work for a company that deals with BMW.
Terrible advice to recommend a car plagued with problems. Buy yourself a 2003 Z4 with low mileage, 3.0 straight six engine and enjoy an easy to afford, trouble free sports car.
