JomezPro Thanks for so much great coverage. A few years back you would shuffle the competitors around on the screen to match their standing within the group. Why don’t you do this now? Start each vid with low score on top and have low to high represented left to right during the round. It makes for easy reference. There is no relatability with “McBeth is third from the left”. There is more relatability to “McBeth shot the low round for this group so he’s listed first on screen”
Hi Jomez, really appreciate the coverage for 2 cards. I feel it is okay to compensate a little bit of your speed but making sure the video is polished. The commentary is slightly early and it got worse by the end especially the last hole.
The commentary seems to be a bit early. I don't know have they seen the footage before so they're reacting to what's about to happen, or has it been messed up in post. Anyway, I'd like to not know how the throw ends before the player has released the disc. Noticed it about halfway through, and especially the last hole was real bad in this regard...
mistakes, errors, glitches, they happen sometimes. They have put out a ton of videos today all of which were made in less than 24 hours which is insane. Bound to happen.
Thank you Johne McCray for giving me hope of continuing to improve my game as I get a bit... wiser. ;) Great round and great end to my day, thanks Big, Sexy n Jo.
Wow. I have been entertained! Wild round, with the ups and downs. I will say i enjoyed being able to watch the coverage 1. on RU-vid and 2. without my eyes spasming haha. Crazy how that seems to be the formula to being disc golfs top coverage team.
Sometimes really long audio tracks lose sync w/ video when they get exported, seen plenty of that in Premiere. Maybe splitting audio up to multiple clips in the editing timeline can help with that.
It's simply amazing what Eagle can do... And it's so fun listening to Jerm be just blown away, almost disheartened by how far eagle can crush forehands!
They were playing from the back side of the cart path as like an "island" from the tee pad. So OB was the BACK side of the path from his lie, so cart path and passed (from the way he was throwing) is in bounds
Great coverage, but the audio was ahead of the video pretty bad towards the end. I realize I could have just turned the sound down, but I wouldn't want to miss any of big sexy.
Yes. His foot comes off the ground for four frames before his shot, but it returns to the ground for the five frames afterwards, which spans his release. Violates Rule 802.07 A.3. "If the lie has been marked by a marker disc, then when the disc is released, the player must: Have all supporting points in-bounds" Not the first time the best-of-the-best fail to enforce the rules of the game on each other, and it won't be the last. Another example on the list of advantages afforded to Open-level lead-card action.
Watched this at home on the big screen last night. Just had to come and comment... BIG EFFIN' SEXY! God I've missed this. Now, Nate: Keep Jerm in line! :D Goofballs.
Super annoying how the commentary is like a second ahead of the video, so you always know if they make the putt before it goes in by their reaction... or is it my internet that is slow idk
anyone else notice how close JohnE's foot comes to touching before his release during his step putt? It's very questionable at times... that being said he is so good at those!!!
