i went on this today and the hands down scariest part was the lift (it feels like you are going to fall out but trust me you won’t) hanging is pretty scary too but after the drop it’s a ton of fun!!

am i the only one who gets super anxious when they strap you in or when you have to walk through the aisle to put your stuff on the other side...like i don't wanna die on this thank you

I literally waited to go on that for like 2 hours and after the drop and stuff I literally sat outside for 10 minutes to comprehend how scary and actually worth it was

This ride is a masterpiece.. you could get that tingling feeling in ur stomach while screaming but still have that joy feeling .

This is proof that apps like RU-vid are tracking your location- this showed up on my feed and I'm literally in line for this ride right now. I love HangTime though, it's one of my favorite rides at Knotts.

The scariest moment is that climb on your back and getting to the top, seeing nothing but sky, only to roll forward and be dangled facing straight down 😨

This is the roller coaster my science teacher wants to ride the most.

I LOOOOVE THIS RIDE SO MUCH!!! at first I was terrified of this, but my friend begged me to go on, and I love it!!! The first part is kind of scary but the second part is REALLY FUN!!!

It's short, but very sweet! That initial climb is GREAT!

I am not a roller coaster fan. I can go on rides like Pony Express or the Sierra Sidewinder, but these coasters.... ehh. I’m having a birthday party at Knotts, and for some reason I am REALLY excited to go on Hang Time. Idk why

The drop may be at the steepest angle I've ever seen, but it isn't really going that high..

I love this ride from start to finish (have ridden it probably 200+ times in the past, having visited every day before quarantine after work), but my favorite moment is always that brief like 0.2 seconds of ejector you get from the slight drop coming out of the cutback. Just how sudden it is, with your body wanting to go straight and the train just diving down, the brief burst of ejector there is like nothing else. I live for that feeling, haha I've felt some more sustained ejector before, but I don't think I've ever felt as violent of a quick pop of ejector as that, and I love it.

Man I came to knottsberry recently and because it was slightly raining on and off for the whole day nobody was there, got to go on every single ride in a matter of minutes, amazing.

Excited to ride this coaster this weekend. I conquered Six Flags Magic Mountain, so time for Knotts Berry Farms.

I live not far from Knotts. I really love this ride! Lines aren't as bad as other rides but they can get a bit long. Worth the wait in my opinion!

When I went to knotts with my cousin I so badly wanted to go on this ride but she didn’t want to go after we went on that aerial tour thing because she saw how high it was. And she is pretty brave when it comes to crazy rollercoasters.

I went on Hangtime today at Knott’s and the only scary thing is going up and the drop. It was pretty fun

The best way I could describe this ride to any first timer. When you see it while walking around or in the distance, say waiting in line for Silver bullet, the ride honestly doesn’t look like shit. Considering how big boomerang was (the coaster this one replaced), and how big some of the other coasters are around there. But man the first time I went on there I was seriously humbled. You don’t realize how small you really are until you get on it.

Best ride at Knott's my opinion 🤙

Had a couple funny instances while riding HangTime at Knott's Berry Farm that I still remember vividly; I miss Knott's so much! First, I thought I was going to be the only one in the back row, but when I was putting my stuff away and went to sit down, there was a chick sitting on the end, and I looked back and saw another coming plus their dad, so I stood aside to let them through. Their Dad goes through, and sits on the end and I'm like "uhhh.... sir?" and he doesn't hear me and keeps buckling his seatbelt, so I'm just like "ok" and step in front to ride the middle seat. The chicks started laughing and were like "Dad, he was trying to be nice" and "we've only been here for like 2 hours and he's already embarrassing us". Then, again in the back row, this couple rides with me, and the chick is almost panicking in anxiety, and the dude isn't much better. The chick wanted to sit in the 3rd seat and have her BF sit on the end so we would be separated, but he refused to sit on the end and was literally like "fuck that, I'm not going to fall of the edge on the end". Then when they check the restraints, they just slightly push down to make sure it's locked (which is more than enough of a check), but she starts freaking out saying that they need to check her restraint more because she isn't about to die on this ride, and the ride op on our side ignored her. When the ride op on the other side came through, she was like "can you double check mine again please, I don't want to die" and the ride op started almost laughing and lightly pushed down and was like "you're good" Now this is my slightly sadistic sense of humor, but after that, she asked me if I had been on it, and then asked what the worst part was, and I gave a semi honest answer but embellished it a bit. I was like "the first lift is by far the scariest part. The seats are a little slanted backward, so it feels like you're going to fall out the entire way up. Buuuuut, after that, it's a breeze and fun af" She was freaking out at the top, where you just hang there, and once we started creeping towards the drop, I was like 'only one way to go from here!! hahahahhaa" and she was like "I fucking know, thank...aaasegnoasengoiae" lmfao

I went on it first time since I was scared all the rides before when I was 13 now im brave to go all of the rides now

went to knotts today had a lot of fun it was a really hot day I was sweating at the Jaguar ride queue everyone was using a fan but it was fun

soo... at first I was like... okay... I can push through my fears... and try this ride... you know... at least once... but when the ride... was going up the lift... all I notice is sky... and the girl with... strawberry blonde hair... hanging back... ummm yeah... that's way too insane... for me to ride... I don't think I will... overcome my fears... with HangTime😏😏😏

Rode it yesterday, felt like I was about to slip out on every loop 😭 which made it 10x scarier

This ride is so damn intense lol. I was in the front row seat, and when you're hanging, you're leaning forward so you feel like you're going to fall out of the seat, and it goes so fast once it drops you. I loved it, but I was terrified at the same time lol.

I rode this ride nine times today 8 in the day and one at night ahhh

Belts are not on shoulders but only on hips. Is it enough for safety?

Going up is the scariest part, it feels like you are going to fall off backwards.

I went on it already so when ur going up on the hill u feel like ur gonna die but once ur on top and ur facing down u try to push ur self up but u can't and the drop is kinda bad and u do have to scream alot but once ur off the drop for the rest of the ride u really dont feel like screaming because it doesn't really feel bad

really the only thing that is scary is that vertical climb, but the ride is very fun!

I was in the line and i had to wait at least 2 or 3 hours to go on and when I went upside down I got so freaked out I passed out😅 And that’s how I never went on that ride again the end!😂☺️

This ride is fun. Everyone thinks the drop is the worst part but no. That straight up vertical climb upwards is the worst part, you literally feel like your gonna fall back. After that lift the rest of the ride is fun. I have legit panic attacks going up that lift.
