The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Haulers, including William Byron's #24 Axalta Hauler, travel through downtown Concord on the way to Charlotte Motor Speedway for the 2019 Monster Energy NASCAR All-Star Race/Open. Joey Logano, the 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Champion, is on hand speaking to the crowd with Paul Schadt from Charlotte's country radio 96.9 'The Kat' and live music is provided by 'too MUCH SyLviA' from Concord. Thanks to the Concord Police Department and Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office for traffic control and security.
