Car is super clean man! I’m FBO with the MHI stage 2 turbo upgrade. I love these cars! Careful with the anti lag. A lot of R’s have windowed the block bc of it. Especially rolling anti lag.
Love your car. Just ordered flex fuel with the hondata for mine. Getting rid of the ktuner. Agreed very reliable car and good tires are most important. Good video
@@syazwansanusi4486 Yeah but what i mean is the power transmission, too much wheel spin, in order to put all that power you will at least need RWD or AWD.
I’ve always been worried about getting a used type r. I feel like I should buy new, but your video gave me hope on a used type r. My worry is I don’t know if the previous owner beat on the car and moded it
I agree but at the end of the day it’s a honda look under it real good make sure there’s some decent proof of upkeep and what mods are done because the Car is amazing stock but little mods to big mods almost made my car feel healthier everything I’ve done personally is just what I felt would make it better but also safer to drive with the power and now I have 8k miles on this set up or more and it’s still super perfect
a used car is always a gamble but it is just a simple honda at the end of the day if it needs fixing then you'll have to deal with that but I doubt any used type r is going to break down on you and leave you stranded. The type r basically uses a common acura engine used in many sedans and suvs known for their reliability you'l be fine.

So pretty. Much it’s probably better to get a charger 392 cus type r and charger around same price. And doing all those little mods on the type r end up being way more expensive then a charger.. but thing Honda more reliable and the re sale value is good good
Sounded like you were trying to sell it near the end there, why do all that work and not enjoy the car? Anyways, be careful with anti-lag. That's the main cause of most people's blown engines on these platforms.
You normally do mods to a car because 'it's not good enough'...And when you have done everything to a platform you can, spent thousands of dollars, and your pushing the same WHP as a number of other cars you could have got stock....and it's FWD...You end up wanting a new car and wishing you bought something else in the first place. Exactly what happened.
