Thank you, great video! The power mirror switch was loose and the knob came off and fell inside the door panel on a Jetta that I rented. Thanks to this video I was able to fix the car properly myself, and keep my damage deposit.

Dang, VW really doesn't want you to get into the door for anything. In case you do get in, kudos to Lily, they put rivets on the speakers so you can't use normal screws in there since it's not threaded.
Can you please make a video on removing the passenger dashboard trim? The first trim removal needed if you were to remove the radio. It's been a pain trying to remove it.

I just need to pop the bottom off just enough to get the clips for my window deflectors that fell inside the door. I hope I can get them without taking the whole panel off.
I just bought a 19 SEL from our local dealer. I just noticed recently that the lock switch on the passenger door is pressed in, and loose. Will I need to remove the entire panel to gain access, or will that part of trim around it pop off? Thank you for your VW videos!
Looking to replace the front two speakers on mine - I believe the stock speaker size is 5 1/4", but i saw another youtube vid that said a 6 1/2" speaker would also fit. Do you think that is accurate? Thanks!
How would you access something you dropped into the door itself? I had to replace a bolt for the door lock on the side of the door and it fell in now I hear a little rattle lol.. how do you get in beyond just removing the door panel?
