Thanks for posting. But, this one was boring. Find a car, modify a car, paint a car, and drive the car around in circles in the dirt. Whatever you do though, DON'T HIT ANYBODY!
tru dat! I saw the extended bumpers on# 14 and thought she gots some protection! until her front bumper buckeled in the middel and possibly ruptured her radiator :(
This has got to be one of the most unsafe looking coarses I’ve seen. You’ve got flagged walking in the derby area while cars are driving. Dirt is too dry and it looks like there is a shit ton of big stones in there. Track is too big. Too much potential for too high of speed hits. And these drivers are a joke. Half the cars broke in the first 30 seconds.
Thomas Stevens I’m not sure what your comment has to do with mine. But in case you misread mine, I’ll reword it slightly. I’m a big fan of safety and wet tracks slows downs cars so they can’t go as fast. I’ve never seen giant stones in a coarse. Flangers shouldn’t be on the coarse when cars are and cars should last longer then 6 seconds to provide good entertainment. Nothing in my comment says anything about a car wash or cars shouldn’t be smashed.
That rocky, dry track worries me a bit. I saw a car get t-boned and flip over (with the second car landing on top of it) in the summer 0f 2007, and a track drying out was the main reason why.
