It took a while for me to get my head straight after how much anxiety that situation caused me. I have another industry job now, I'm getting out more, and I've cut many toxic people out of my life. I'm finally comfortable enough to continue with this media project.

Keep that 1.5 you can really dial in that trigger. I owned both as well and now have the 1.5 left. Also I love the color combo you chose on your spire, I have the same colors😉. Great video man!
Glad to see you back posting videos. Never gave the squish much thought but the upgraded 1.5 sounds and looks like it shoots great, especially for the price. Always felt bad for GI teams having to shoot their guns. Hopefully the next iteration is much better.
I would like your opinion if possible. I found a Vanquish GT( I'm assuming gen 1) stock for $450. I just would like your opinion if its worth it for me to purchase
So I bought a vanquish 1.5 3 years ago for $300 and last year upgraded the bolt to the v16 and loved how smooth it shot. So I bought a used vanquish at the time for $475. So I own both, first the v16 is so nice and the fact , that I can play in the cold weather and not have bolt stick is nice. Also being able to lower the dwell made the 1.5 shoot so nice, I liked how smooth it shot compared to a m2 at the time. When it comes to 1.5 with the v16 versus the GT its tough, I do agree with you on the barrel , I like the carbone fiber tip with the freak insert. The markers shoot exactly the Same and the same software for the most part. I will admit getting the v16 bolt in and out of the 1.5 is a pain the ass. So I prefer the gt click open bolt removal. Honestly they both shoot almost the exact same , the GT I feel shoots very slightly smoother do to it being slightly bigger . But I do not plan on upgrading to any other marker any time soon. The vanquish is amazing marker, just to bad people do not use them more.
Of course dude. I love it when people recognize my voice and know the channel. I hope you stacked bodies shooting the vanq 1.5 with the GT V16 bolt conversion. Plus you helped me break in some Orings so it's a win win.

Not a single negative thing to say about the Vanq with GT core. Heavier than most modern high ends but they are now available for dirty cheap. One of the smoothest shooters in the game if not THE smoothest
I had a vanquish 2.0 with V16 engine I loved the marker they're very comfortable also comes with a full bore kit my only complaint was the torpedo looking ASA. Keep your head up Jacob
Disruptive is about to put up a new airball field soon. They have the turf they are just working on some other things with the field and the owner said the next thing they work on after is the speedball field
the only thing i dont like about the vanquish is how the body seems to get thicker in the middle of the gun. just looks odd. always seemed like sold shooters
Hey Scott, I have an Ego 11 and I'm try to understand my marker to tune it just right but every video I find there just not good. They'll talk about the marker but not go into good detail to understand it to tune it right. You know your markers, can you help me out? I'd very much appreciate it!
I can give you some basic tips on tuning it. The lpr pressure is what makes the bolt move. Higher the pressure the faster the bolt moves. Some guns have issues with balls breaking and fishtailing etc. Bolt is moving to fast. Dwell is how long the solenoid is open for while getting the gun to shoot. The slower the dwell the smoother the shot would be as it lets it release slowly. Its all on personal preference and such. But remember to keep a chrono handy

Not the biggest fan of WestWorld's fields. If you are looking for tournament paintball try Wild West in Mesa. Or for casual rec-play try APC in Phoenix proper.
Hey I live in Arizona too. But I live on the west side of the valley, and I was wondering were would be a good place to play some speedball cause all the fields outs here are closed down.
Dude I just saw today that buckeye is now closed. The best place to run Xball points is Wild West. If you're in to more casual recball APC is ton of fun too
@@WillBallForSoup hey thanks, me and some of my friends tried to make a team just for fun, and give us something to do when footballs not in season. And all the good xball fields closed over here so. We've been wanting to get into some casual tournaments to get going in. But yeah this will help a lot thanks brother.
i got to disagree with you about the DM4 being the pinnacle of tech in 04. now this is just my opion prob due to bias because im one of those guys who got one of those bob long things in my ear lol, but i got to say the gen3 timmies were #1. it had all the advantages of a dm4 and alot more. lighter weight, more compact, more efficient on air by about 150rds per fill, far easier and faster to clean, maintain, and fix than the dm4 and those are fact. sure if you took 2 skilled players who are most comfortable with each of these 2 the field they both mowed faces the same but gen3 timmy marker stats beats the dm4 hands down.
I can agree with you timmy>dm4 but dont forget about the sft shockers. And then the following season the ego came out and the timmy became a little overated.. still want an alias to this day tho.
@@rjk13090 If it wasnt for the board, then yes. The sft was ahead of its time in terms if compactness and weight. the bolt was a pain in the butt to have to take out always having to shove a swab through the front to push the bolt out, and the nerve/cricket board was a pos. I was an alias fan to the core but I found myself using my sft more during competitive tournaments. I used a sft with a nxt frame lol.
Hold up. Weren't the Alias Intimidators released in 05? People call them 2K5 frames for a reason. But you're right the alias family is a better marker than the DM4. Ergonomics and efficiency the Alias wins hands down. I shot a Black-Yellow fade RL Timmy in 07 and loved it.
@@WillBallForSoup actually they were released at world cup in '03. and is considered officially an '04 marker. bob long made updates on the alias in 05 such as the frenzy 127.5c board which was weather coated, a miini gauge instead of the bigger ashcroft gauges, and the lpr piston had 2 orings instead of 1. i cant remember if the '05 models had any other updates to them over the '04's.
Style supply is terrible customer service our D4 team and a beginner team in the same camp order jerseys last year from them the misspelled one guys on our beginner team, mean while his father with the same last name got his spelled right, me and a teammate got beginner jerseys in our names meanwhile we play on the D4 team. We switched to anthrax they been very awesome and fast good quality as well.
I ran a fully funded club team at UofA a handful or so years back. We didn't play NCPA but played AZPPL D4 and PSP D4. We ended up absorbing a couple of non UA players and always had solid showings and a few sunday trips.
Def keep the megaman blue v16. 1.5 looks like designers forgot to cap the back of the bolt. And yeah crazy underrated but for the same cost or less you can get a gtek or 160r and those are p.e. soooooooooo
My fault for not lubing her for 2 weeks although last time she was shot I only put a bag through her. If you were lurking the stories after that she was back up and running within 2 hours
Try them both on and see what you like more. But personally I own 4 flex builds and 1 Flex 8. All wonderful masks. Masks are a what fits best type question.
