Just a heads up for anyone having problems with Android auto, with any car/infotainment system. I have a 2020 CR-V, and was super bummed when I got it and couldn't get android auto to work. Tried multiple cords etc but it never worked. Would only charge the phone. Then I made a point to get a USB type C to USB-A 2.0 cord, specifically a 2.0 cord. It worked perfectly the second I plugged it in and has never given me a single problem since. The other cables I had tried were USB 3.0. So just one thing to try if you are having trouble.
The navigation distance is defaulted to 300fr. You can change it to 500ft ++ but in a few minutes it defaults back to 300ft. In road traveling, that distance is too close. Is there a way to default to a different distance?
