The 42 mm really does the job. Luxurious and easy to read in foul weather.

I prefer the original rose. The first rolex ever to come with rubber.

The Rose Gold version is so much nicer. The White Gold version looks bland. They should have @ least added the red text.

42mm is better it leaves more space for the date window. On 40mm the dial looks too busy

I've Tiny wrists and I'm not to pale so I prefer the 116655 40mm. (I've one and love it, it's my grail)

David, you might want to rethink your online association with Paul Pluta. He's a ticking timebomb.

Both are great but I feel uncomfortable wearing yellow gold. The 42mm version is perfect for me, both for the size and the more subtle white gold.

Unfortunately, what I really want doesn't yet exist. I absolutely love the specs on the 42mm. I just wish they did that in an Everrose, with the matte dial and color options. But since that isn't an option yet, I guess either the white or yellow gold 42mm would be my choice. It's a great looking watch. My only concern would be how easily the bezel picks up fingerprints, and how easily the rubber picks up lint, dust and other debris that would not be so obvious on a metal bracelet.

I have a yatchmaster ll white gold,it's ok but hard to read and set,for me.i wanted something different so I ordered white,the yellow gold is really nice.
