The 18 is still a great truck! The comparison would have been a bit better had that specific 19 had the new 22's but we can just show those off in another video now haha
I like the 2018 better the front grill looks awesome the 2019 GMC looks like a space ship in the front but I'm starting to like the 2019 GMC Sierra denali
@@bryancameron1538 - the 2019 GMC Sierra Denali equipped with the 6.2L is a brute on the interstate and I like the HUD and how the steering wheel was steering back into place.
The 18 is dope I got the 17 and damn I love my truck she’s a head turner with the borlas exhaust and the sound system is really good. The new ones got that nice tailgate though still I like the older ones better
i mean i dont hate the truck but i do hate that center console and screen set up, looks so bad, like its from a mid 2000s honda fit or nissan cube. love the 18 though

The 14-15 looks better than both and the 14-18 looked better on the inside. Have been a Sierra guy for three generations. My next truck won't be a gm. To many options out before adding. Then again gm does that a lot. 40-80 grand trucks and gm can't even put a cd player and no adjustable pedals on a 19. Ram will be my next purchase.
I like the 14-15 Denalis a little better. The headlights are just diamond stud-like. But the 16-18 models are okay. But I'm really interested in the 2019s though.
GM did a horrible job on the dashboard layout with the 19. there's no panoramic roof,no optional console shifter,no power tilt wheel,hard plastic,and no adaptive cruise. their only bragging about a fancy tailgate,and a big 6.2L V8. my 2015 F150 platinum is three years old and it has tons of technology. GMC failed to meet the mark
As much as I want more luxury, I'd rather stick with my 08 6.2L Denali then a new truck with a smaller engine and a consul shifter. Cause floor shifters are for manuals in trucks and a 6.2L with twin turbos will make more power than a TT 3.6L. And yes, I'm all about the power. Power #1 luxury #2
@@gmcdenali7178 if you like a column shift then fine but here is the problem. First the Ram and Ford offer something different than the base trim trucks with the dial and console shifter. This is important because we are talking 60k vehicles here and you need to show me what I am paying for. Now if GM wants to keep the column shift then at least offer one different from the one found in the base trucks. Like the one found in the Mercedes S550 where you push a button or tap it to go into different gears rather than raking it through gears and keeping up a bunch of noise. If you want to buy an expensive vehicle and then put aftermarket parts on the engine then have at it. A lot of people like me lease these expensive products and expect the power out the factory. The Ford has a twin turbo dual over head cam engine that is the most powerful and luxurious engine in this segment.
@@UvidCo next year Cadillac will have a FLOOR SHIFTER IN THE 2020 ESCALADE. I'm sure you may see it in a revamped Denali ultimate EDITION in the future
The 2019 has taken off 1 inch of leg room from the front to add more space to the back. The 2018 has the most front legroom out of any truck and ram has probably the worst for anyone over 6ft.

18 is way better my appion is the 14-18 best design ever gmc. Your going to have a hard time getting people to swatch. no one really likes the 19 hahah.
The 19 looks cheap and dated and poor quality materials. Sad the new body style is trash. Love GMC but that's the ugliest truck they have ever made. The 18 is really nice looks sophisticated and well thought out. The 18 will always be more of a head Turner in my opinion.
TheChemist187 CD player is that thing Ram has in their truck, must be something bad because Ram is $10k cheaper, or maybe reclaiming back seats decreased the value. Oh! I know must be panoramic sunroof!

Push button and key fob to start your vehicle is just the stupidest thing in the world lose your key fob in your done. At least if I lose a key I can go with the VIN number and get a key made

I like the 2018 better, but is time for their chief interior designer at GM to retire, this trucks always have the same outdated look with the cheap plastics, and for the price they charge, better go with Ford or the new Ram.
