Looks great and sounds awesome. I just bought a 2021 Tahoe with the 5.3. I was pondering a Magnaflow muffler instead of the res and stock muffler but your way might be an option :)
Just did my 19 tahoe sounds way better. One there I did notice was there was a flap before the muffler that opens when u rev and closes. Sounds better when u hold it open but not sure 100% what it is so I left it. It makes more of a whoosh sound with it on. Kinda like an air intake. Sounds better if it was left open tho. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
Bro did you take any long road trips?I did muffler delete on 2016 escalade esv and it drones like crazy horrible lod noise popping my ears.i am thinking about deleting resonator as well and add tips for exhaust to go behind the truck hopefully will fix the drone.
@@ytrfilms9694 i thinking pick up trucks quieter because of the bed.i use to have 2017 silverado 6.2 with muffler and resonator delete and it was fine.i think it does makes a difference where is tailpipe exit is.on escalade it is right under rear bumper looking down probably resonates from the road
2:45 first off that guy does not care about his vision at al 🤣🤣 Second Its crazy how quiet theese cars are my mom has a 2016 suburban you can't hear anything unless you go right next to the exaust especially compared to my durango rt thats in my profile picture its so so quitet
definitely does not break the bank to do this mod. price is going to vary from shop to shop but in our case we got a deal from Mike exhaust because we have been going there since 12 years ago.
