That must have been a fun week. I see many of the journalist did there rides there. Are the changes to the fork lugs and wheel spacers the same as the regular 450F? I would hope this bike could be expected to handle as well.
Ok now you rode the new 2019 Yamaha 450 fx and 250 fx and now the ktm 350. My question I’m 260ish and tall. I have a yz250 but looking for a new bike for single trail maybe hair style fun racing bike which one would be a good bike. I love the light feeling of my yz 250 bike that is why I’m not really feeling well about 450 but your comments on the new 450fx makes me want to look at it now. I’m also looking at 300 too. But I would like the fuel injection bike because I go from sea level to 6000 feet and I’m getting older too. My 250yz is older and I have things to tame it down too . So you thoughts would be great appreciated
Burner719 so the 450 wr is that a good woods bike do you ride it in between trees close together and how’s the Throttle ?? Is it all at once or Gradually build up
@@starkeyboys9583 some single track, mostly woods trails. Some wide open (I am in Colorado) I'm used to my throttle, so I think it feels fine. Its got the torque, so it's pretty instant. Love the bike, but would love something a bit lighter / nimble. The YZF450 is lighter and has those programmable maps, makes it tempting
