We need a new DC. Mullens seemingly unconditional loyalty to Grantham will be what stops us from being a real contender. Or we need a better run game. Being a one dimensional team and relying on the pass will only get us so far.
@Mason Murphy if that’s the case, I get it completely, but neither of us are really sure. It would be a smart move. Mullen is an intelligent football coach so it wouldn’t surprise me if his motive is to discourage the capability of our offense (to outsiders) in preparation for Bama.
@Mason Murphy LSU's defense this year is terrible. Their offense really isn't that good either. After Mullen went off on Grantham during the KY game, he seems to have changed things up some.
