This is one of my most favourite clocks in your collection (and the most well known) I love how it has two winding Arbors but strikes on the quarters! It does the same thing as my Winterhalder and hofmeier! But mine does bim bam on the quarters :)

Rare 3/4 chime clock!

Nice chimes on it hope you get it running again you don’t have to take the whole movement a part just need to take the movement out of the case clean movement and oil the pin hole where gears connected on the Clock then hope it will run again. That what I do on my clock and works really well

Have you tried oiled it with Mobil 0w-20 it will wake up the movement from sitting there for years

If I were you, I would go to a clock shop and get that clock fixed, I know that clock repairs can get expensive but I think it would be worth it because this clock that has been broken for about 10 years, it’s rare, & that your family has been very sad that this clock has been broken for years

Nice vid, usually Clocks won't run because they're outta beat. However this clock may be worn and the bearing holes may have elongated. Or it may just be gummed up. The way to tell is by how Loud the tick is. Of it's gummed up the tick will be very quiet and un - percussive and it will stop in like ten minutes.

Very nice clock and very nice sounding chimes. I noticed though that it’s a Westminster but it’s got to winding holes and not three why is that I don’t understand that? And I also noticed when you were setting it off so we can hear it it did all the charming sequences from quarter past half past quarter till but on the top of the hour it only struck and not played the full chimes like normal Westminster time clocks usually do can you explain that to me I’m just curious why only two winding holes and I know there’s a third for the speed of the clock which I know the end of that key has a place for But two winding holes but it’s a Westminster and on the top of the hour instead of the full time it just went right to strike. Because it usually plays the full-time Melody then to strike and then Westminster or three Chow Melody clocks usually have three winding holes half hour strikes like a gong or a single chime rod or a BamBam usually has two winding holes that’s what I’m trying to figure out but as always man your clocks are very beautiful I’m a clock person myself as I’ve told you before and I collect them I hope to get more one day and start a whole library for like yours

why didn't you put a new movement for all clocks that don't work

That is sad, the clock does not run. Clock TV will not get it fixed. :(

I think i might know how get it running again take mechanism out and desemble mechanism and clean/oil worse thing can happen is rebush the mechanism and put in beat
