BMW Motorrad's made-in-India duo, the G 310 R and G 310 GS, are fresh from updates for 2020. BS6-spec engines aside, both bikes also get a substantial price cut. The BMW G 310 R BS6 is priced Rs 55,000 less than before while the BMW G 310 GS is priced Rs 45,000 less than before. Rishaad Mody has all the details.

The GS looks really appealing! That colour scheme is fab🔥 Priced nicely but the service cost should be reduced because it still remains a nightmare as per the owners' experience of the BS4 bikes

I too got excited by the price drop, but then you have to live with this bike for 5-7 years. What about cost of ownership, service cost, spares availability, service network and resale if I would like to upgrade. I don't find positive answers to my questions

TVS APACHE RR310 is originally made by BMW . THE HEART ENGINE , THE CHASSIS , THE DESIGN all made by BMW .

TBH BMW has put their BS4 customers down. They've paid approximately a lakh more for the same bike with less features, and they're not ready to upgrade the BS4 models with new generation features (no announcement as of now). Few years back when TVS rolled out it's slipper clutch varient of RR310, old version customers can upgrade their models at a price of 4K. Wish BMW says the same. BMW hope you hear this.

i think that was stupid.. The prices are phenomenal. Its BMW and for sure brand value counts. And the motorcycles aren't that bad as they say. I mean The KTM has more power but the 310R is a more practical package for everyday riding. It's more comfortable and is better built. The same with the GS.

I still not buy this. Maybe just a test drive. Imagine if TVS launch a naked Apache rr310, it will be even more lighter, newer, faster cheaper, superior than it already is. Oh service is 1/3rd BTW.

Really love the design but power numbers really don't di justice to the bike. My R15 V3 goes 150 with a 19HP engine, have no clue why this bike can't do more eh?
