The manufacturing machines are made in germany and then got disassembled and shipped to China for producing Cars and sell them in China.

Every answer here is correct. I have delevoped some parts of the battery System. The Tunnel is given by the older X3. We used the space inside the battery to connect the battery modules with some cables. Watch at 14:50

The iX3 was developed completely in Munich, Germany. Also the Robots and Machines were developed and built there. After succesfully setting up the whole manufacturing chain it got shipped to China. The iX3 with start of production in Septembre 2020 gets produced for the chinese market. Facelift Model of this car will be released soon for the european market.
