Barry, I'm gonna be 44 next week and I just got into this awesomeness in Sept. Inspiration for me is an understatement! You seem so comfortable in Tulsa. I will be a total wreck my first time at the Grands. I never heard of you before Sunday. Now after watching your whole comeback, I'm really pumped!! Great looking family too. Stay blessed!!
As a young dad myself and a bmx racer you did amazing. You had some scary moments on the track but you came away top 3, injury free and everyone obviously enjoyed having you back.
Saw your mains on someone elses channel the other day, they were talking about another rider but I was just yelling GO BARRYYYyy. Really stoked man, awesome effort and results congrats! Keep in it man you're far from done and a real inspiration. Love the channel.
Good on you Barry..it was like watching a mini movie bro..I wanted you to win too !!!all the best to you mate.cheers from Australia 🇦🇺 you ride like a rocket
Dude the fact that your foot came unclipped over the first jump and you were able to get it on that quick and finish the way you did is downright amazing!
Stoked to see you back on the race scene man! I remember 2014 I was at grands and the week before it I broke both wrists and both elbows. You signed my casts. Wish I was still racing. Had to stop when I joined the military.
I am fully impressed how you gained on the other riders when they got ahead.. You truly have the strength and power to be on top of the podium next go around!!! Great job and great videos! Congrats to you and your family on the new addition!
Barry, I grew up racing you. my name is Jonathan Jackson from GA. we competed 14x - 17x. To see you in vet pro is extremely wierd. You are still kicking ass my brother.
stop down playing the vibe, you killed it (podium) dad...you got a wife and kid and you crushed it for the dad crew.....trust you still got sauce ... keep sending the vibe to the neks gen...we see you tuff guy!!
How would one contact u about attending or booking ur clinics next year? Check out our new track in R.C. SD. Sturgis 2021 Bring all the bikes u'd like 2 ride. Friendly suggestion.
Dude I just came back this year as well I did one race at Dayton indoor in Dayton Ohio for the puke fest as I like to refer to it as but it's January 1st race.... and then didn't come back until technically either June or July somewhere in there and then hit it hard.... But I was out for 5 years due to a class 3 spleen laceration I got to keep my spleen that's why I had to stay out for five years but I was in ICU for 2 weeks because I was dumb and went home thinking I cracked a rib but I was at home for 10 days before any real trouble started..... Lol 🤣 glad to see you're back I didn't realize that you were vet pro for whatever reason I don't know sometimes I just watch people to watch people and not think about stuff.... I was kind of sad not to see my man Josh Smith in there but then again he's a teacher.... And Jeremy Smith a cool guy to ride with as well Carly kane and of course Mr Spencer Cole And I've had some conversations with Jeff upshaw but he got mad at the owner of Dayton indoor and hasn't been back since so I don't get to see him very much anymore glad to see the cat still rolling though.... and dude very impressive very very impressive congratulations especially one making the mains and then placing in the top three I would be super stoked if I was you and I'm sure you are.... maybe I'm wrong to look at it this way but I consider myself first because I at least made it to the mains especially in a grands or a national situation
Cool series to watch Barry. You left out waking up in the middle of the night to your baby crying then waking early up the next morning to train. Only a father of a young child will understand the physical and mental fatigue of being a dad...but it's all worth it!
PS I'm a Kentucky Rider so of course Louisville supercross track is my home track not the closest track to me but definitely my only track considering the state doesn't have any other tracks.... I'm hoping to change that here soon and put one in northern Kentucky or in the tri-state area
@@barrynobles95 I have an odd question I'm not sure what your height is I don't know if you've ever covered it in your videos or not but I am 5'9 to 5'10ish depend upon what shoes and whatnot but I was curious what size cranklinks you run I have a 30 inseam by dress pants size I was thinking of going 170s and if I use helium's crank chart technically I should be in the 165 to 170 area with clips or clipless however you want to say it... I moved from 180s to 175 and it made a big difference. . I lay power down but I can't really spin all that fast it might be that I'm 47 lol 🤣 but I still do 1100 lb leg presses because why not
