what do you guys think of the corsa extreme plus valved exhaust ? Hazler, I'm hoping you can clarify. Your current setup is the Corsa NPP Mufflers which was released just last year, as well as the Corsa Double Helix X Pipes? You say extreme plus, but I believe the extreme plus never had an NPP option unless I made an error. Appreciate the help, as I'm in the market for my ZL1.

Yes so basically what makes the system an extreme plus is the double helix x pipe not the mufflers so you could get extreme plus with npp valves or with out because the mufflers are same just valved vs non valved hope this help also the don’t make the x pipe any more

zl1 payment is cheaper also my z06 was a lemon and wanted something different the zl1 comes with every option too my z06 was a base 1lz so the zl1 has more features for a lot less

The ZL1 1LE is one of the baddest cars ever made, and by many accounts a better match for the Z06 engine. The best car I’ve ever owned, bar none.

In a good or bad way it’s probably the way the audio is recorded I use good microphone this set up is no longer sold because I had the double helix x pipe which no longer sold by corsa

@@AnkhsZL1 I will make a comparison my friend has borla attack with npp and I can agree with the reply both great systems just depends what do you like corsa is high pitched and borla is more throaty classic v8 sound can’t go wrong with ether of those systems

i had corsas on my 2019 ss and now borlas on my 2018 ZL1. I love the borlas. sound better imo. but corsa tips look better.

I actually got it from a friend that had it on for a month and then sold his car unfortunately they don't even make this system anymore but you can always just make it a extreme plus just by cutting the secondary cats

@@navjotkaloya562 no because the only difference in extreme and extreme plus is the x pipe extreme plus has the double helix x pipe and it removed the secondary cats and with the epa stuff that part is no longer made

@@navjotkaloya562 you can still get the catback it just won’t be extreme plus all the extreme plus would do is delete the secondary cats any exhaust shop could cut them off and basically make it an extreme plus that x pipe just made it clean no cuts or welds

It’s on the pricey side 3k they don’t even make the corsa extreme plus any more tho because of the epa just corsa extreme all there x pipe now don’t delete the secondary cats which this system does
