Welcome back to Brink of Speed everyone. Again, if you've never been to a Mecum Auction and always wanted to, you will love this part 2. I walk around and show all the gorgeous cars that are being auctioned off. From old Corvette's to new, and everything in between, this auction had it all! Have a wonderful day everyone!
Just an observation. Noticed that when you pan your phone/camera it blurs. Not sure if that’s an incorrect setting or just a limitation of whatever your using. The 4K is nice and sharp when it’s a static shot.
The Spykers have a couple things in common. That aluminum pattern dash trim and a funky shifter. I have never seen that particular model, but about ten years ago they would bring their line-up to Pebble Beach. On another note, I wish Mecum would drop their phone and internet buyers fee to 10% until the covid is behind us.
This was the first time in a long time that I had seen one, and I don’t remember when or where I saw one before this one, but they are cool cars. Oh wow, I didn’t know they were charging so much for proxy bidding, that sucks.
Hi Mike. Sorry I'm late, but I never received a notification about this upload. AARGH!😠 Now I need to go brew my pot of Chock full O'nuts. I'll be back! (In my best Arnold voice.😁)
Mike can you do a video on which c8 corvette may have the greatest value someday and what specifically determines this numbers built, mileage, does being N/A or twin turbo, or a hybrid make a difference? convertible vs Targa hard top. the options to get that add value, base car vs high spec or track spec. of course limited or special edition models or anniversary vettes. .etc. also has it been anounced or confirmed yet if the c8 will stop by end of 2025? or continue through 2028?
