OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE:
1 cup fruit
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 5 oz greek yogurt cup
blend above together then stir in
1/2 cup oats

Prayer request: my whole family came down with a stomach bug and I’m due with baby #2 any day now. I had to go to the hospital yesterday for fluids and to stop contractions so that she would not be born yet while everyone is so sick. Please pray we all get over the sickness and baby girl stays put until all the germs are gone (and I can feel good enough to disinfect the house). ❤️🙏🏼

Prayer Request : my family lost my grandmother the first week of Feb. and last Friday would have been her 79th birthday we are all feeling extra emotional these days. St. Patrick’s Day was her favorite holiday and we are all trying to find the strength to go out and celebrate this year knowing we are missing a key person in our celebration. 💚 she hasn’t actually gone out and celebrated with us in years but knowing she’s not in her home wearing her St. Patty’s day t shirt eating green cupcakes just hurts me.

Prayer request: we just lost our baby girl Jan 3rd of this year 😥 she was only 20 weeks. This has completely changed our life's, cleaning is really the only thing that helps me get my stress out of the way. So thank you so much for motivating me with your videos! I'm a working mom (my kids are grown now), but when they were younger, I would take a week off of vacation at the beginning of November and deep clean the whole house (from washing blinds, walls, baseboards, moving furniture, moving stove/refrigerator, cleaning cabinets, washing bedding, etc). the kids would go off to school and I would break my deep cleaning for the holidays down into sections/days. I would get up early and usually be done for the day by the time they came home from school. I would plan rooms out for the whole week so, by the end of the week, everything had been done. But I wasn't trying to do it all in a day or two. I clean for Spring, but nothing like I do for the holidays :) ps....the best gadget I ever bought for my deep cleaning times was a steamer (it was smaller like a handheld one, but powerful). It is amazing what you can get clean with that thing and in the most difficult of tiny spaces.

Our videos help me so much with my house. Before I discovered RU-vid I used to clean the house and get so down about it as it felt like I was the only person in the world cleaning!! (Stupid I know!) I'm finally getting on top of things now thanks to you and a few other youtubers. My family could use some prayers. My husband lost his job in the oil field right before Thanksgiving of 2019. Luckily we are savers so we had an emergency fund that we’ve managed this long financially... But we are running low on what’s left... I work a full time job and he’s been hustling left and right trying to find work, but there just isn’t much hiring now. We know God will provide, but prayers for him to find something soon are needed. Thank you.

I could use prayers for my husband. He went to the ER yesterday in a lot of pain from a Crohn's Disease flare that he has been dealing with since October. I am just now getting to watch this! But I LOVE that you said to break it up in pieces! I sometimes overwhelm myself with all the things I would like to get done, then feel a sense of failure when I don’t get them all done. Such a great reminder for myself. 💕

Awe she’s so cute. Reminds me of me when I was a kid. We made a birthday cake for my moms friend and I ate the candy ‘H’ so birthday became birtday. I guarantee these are memories she will ALWAYS treasure!

I have so much to pray for, life's been challenging for me recently. I ask prayers for my physical and mental health. As a first-time mom, Im struggling to keep my sanity, being a FT working mom, I'm struggling balancing it all, work, motherhood, marriage! I feel I can't do it all. I also ask for prayer that I can find a job that helps me stay home with my son and be more involved in his life and not have to be away from him 5 days a week, 12 hrs a day.

I just came across your page...sitting in my kitchen burnt out from the little bit of cleaning I’ve gotten done today and looked up spring cleaning (lol) and I found you! And I just love you so much!!! I’m a young mom and I’ve been home with my son since he’s been born and it has been very isolating and I have felt alone in what I go through and just the fact you kept saying that’s why you make these videos make me feel included and appreciated. I beat myself up a lot feeling like I don’t do enough but what we do takes so much and it’s hard work. Thank you. 💗
