Thank you so much for this review! I watched the whole thing start to finish cause theres a good chance ill be picking up my very own 2020 f150 lariat with that beautiful 5.0 v8 in it and the sport package along with a lift and some very nice Fuel rims. only problem is its 3 hours north of where i live but this video definitely convinced me that the drive will be well worth it! Once again thank you for this VERY in depth review and keep up the good work!

You're welcome! If it's a good deal, 3 hours isn't too bad of a drive at all. Cheers

I went to the 2017 Tampa Auto Show. Best comfort seats; #1 Ford. #2 RAM. #3 & I hate to say it, Toyota. #4 Chevrolet. That is really the main reason I bought a used F-150 Lariat, 3 days ago. My buddy just bought a 2022 GMC Denali and the seats are much improved.

I’ve been hearing good things about the Tacoma seats. They’re on my list to check out this year. Surprised about GMC as well but thanks for the heads up!

Glad you enjoyed it Darryl! Not sure how long ago you ordered but I have a know a few folks that just got their factory order when they originally bought in March. Pandemic life. Hope you enjoy the new truck!

@@CarsWithSteve I ordered my Lariat on 7/3 and was told it would probably take 6 to 8 weeks before I receive it. I figure it may take a little longer due to the factory shutdowns from the pandemic. My truck is being built in Kansas City whereas I've been told they have assigned a vin# to my truck. I hope it doesn't take 5 months as is the case there in Canada. Thanks for the info!
@CarsWithSteve

@@darrylwilliams2216 Turn around times are definitely quicker now that the factories are running at higher capacity post the first lockdown. If it's been assigned a VIN you should get it sooner rather than later!

I envy you. I recently crashed my 2006 Explorer and just wasn't in the place financially to get this exact truck... or even the 2019. I had to settle on a 2018 Fusion. The next year or so I'll circle back with a pic of my f150. Good luck on the truck

At the end, when you parked, the blue truck next to you, is the color I bought yesterday, Mar. 13, 2022. Used 2020 F-150 Lariat with 20k. I have the 18" wheels, so it may be the 501 package. There is so much to know. I will have to bring my laptop into the truck and watch your video, so I can program it all. You described the beautiful, tight wonderful ride this truck has!! Much appreciated.

@CarsWithSteve

Have you hooked up a trailer to the truck at any point? If so, try de-selecting the trailer in the cluster screen. Should be under Trailer --> Trailer Setup and uncheck the trailer. Restart the truck and that should do it

When you said press and hold the 1, 2, 3 memory buttons, do you press then at the same time or 1 for the steering wheel, 2 for the seats, and 3 for the mirrors, etc, etc?? How does that work? Can you show a demonstration? Also, I did not see exactly where the button for voice activation is on the steering wheel. Your Camera wasn't position properly for me to see. Thanks. :) "Automatically updating software and firmware on the vehicle for you". Um can't I just say automatically updates all the features in the screen?? lol!! Sorry, I'm new to all this stuff because I'm also in training at Crossroads Ford dealership in Virginia. I'm in training for sales person. :) Little nervous about it, but I believe I'll be okay and succeed and prosper. :) I've never sold vehicles before is the reason I'm asking you all these questions. :( I have been in the vehicles "Hands on experience: while it's running.

Hey Learley! Great questions... There are 3 individual seat memory settings.. Driver 1, Driver 2 and Driver 3. So when you have all your seat settings, steering wheel settings etc set up, press and hold either 1, 2 or 3 to save all the settings for one of the 3 drivers! That's exciting that you're a new Ford rep! Congrats and I hope that you're learning a lot about the cars from this channel. You could absolutely keep it simple and say that it updates MOST features! As of Sync3 the maps aren't updated over the air, that's coming in the next generation F150 (2021 model) on Sync4

@@CarsWithSteve Um, can you make another video of how it's done? :( About the 1, 2, 3 memory settings. I learn better by watching. That's why I said you would be an awesome trainer. :) But, if you don't make a video about this, then it's okay. :)

Hey Alan! Missed your comment. The full MSRP price on this specific build was $75k.. but during employee pricing it was almost $13,000 off. The price you'll pay will depend based on employer incentives, factory discounts and dealer rebates!

Don't forget I'm in Canada! The MSRP in Canada on an F150 Limited is $87,000. A truck with the same build as this Lariat in the USA would run you $62,000 for the Lariat and $75,000 for the Limited
